The Ultimate Sweaty Palms Treatment!

Interested in a killer sweaty palms treatment that will work within the comfort of your own home?  Well, this treatment I’m about to share with you will take some running around to find all the parts, but believe me it will be worth it.  You’re basically going to setup your own home made iontophoresis device.

This sweaty palms treatment will require you pick up:

  • 1 12 volt motorcycle or lawnmower battery
  • 1 pair of red alligator clips
  • 1 pair of black alligator clips
  • 1 pitcher of warm water

What you’re going  to do is clip one end of the black alligator clip to the battery, and the other to a stainless steel tray, and clip the other red alligator clip to the other end of the battery and a separate stainless steel tray.
Once you have this setup, fill both trays with the water.

Now, all you need to do is place your hands into each tray to complete the circuit and allow the electricity to flow into your hands.  It will tingle a little, but what is happening is the electric current is reacting with the minerals in the water and forming somewhat of a protective barrier around your hands which prevents them from sweating.

Do this for 20 minutes and at least 4 times a week, obviously the more you do it, the better.  You should start noticing progress after 2 weeks, don’t get impatient!

If you still see no results you can try a higher voltage like 18 or 24 volts.  Also, a word of warning, do not let the 2 metal pans touch or sparks will fly!

Now if you’re looking for an easier sweaty palms treatment that doesn’t require quite so much time, there is another solution that works in less than two weeks and takes only 30 seconds each day.  To find out more about it, click on this link.

Facial Hyperhidrosis - Ya, It Sucks. But Here’s What You Can Do About It:

Nothing sucks more than facial hyperhidrosis.  The sweat is so much more noticeable when it’s up there and a lot harder to hide.  Not only that, but it seems like all the solutions for sweating are geared for only underarm sweat, so where does that leave us?  Welll, thankfully there are some solutions available, and I’ve compiled a list here with some tips you won’t find anywhere else:

1.    Witch Hazel In a Spray Bottle

This cure for facial hyperhidrosis is exactly what it sounds like.   What you’re going to do is pickup some witch hazel from a local health store and fill up a small spray bottle with the stuff.  This will work to close up your pores so what you’re going to do is close your eyes, and spray that onto your face.  Be careful not to get any in your eyes.  With the pores on your face closed, less sweat will be able to escape, thus, you sweat less.

2.    Cypress Oil

Cypress oil works as an astringent that constricts your blood vessels.  Now considering the dilation of blood vessels results in an increase in body temperature and thus increase in sweating, constricting the blood vessels will have the opposite effect and reduce your sweating.  This is exactly what happens when you apply cypress oil.

If neither of these seem to do the trick for your facial hyperhidrosis there are other methods available for you.  There are powerful anti-sweat solutions to be found in a product which has so far helped over 7000 people cure their excessive sweating problems.  To read more about it, click this link.

Excessive Sweating Treatments - 3 Rare Treatments You Cannot Afford To Miss!

Are you looking for some excessive sweating treatments?  Well, I’ve uncovered a few you likely have never heard of before, so if you’re looking for some new insight, here it comes:

1.    Burdock

If you need some excessive sweating treatments, you’re going to want to try out this plant as one of them.  You can actually pick this up in capsule form at a local health food store.  Take about 1-3 capsules a day.  If all you can find is the fluid extract, instead take about 5ml of that 3 times a day, this will work as a diuretic.

2.    Astragalus

This is a solution which has been used by the Chinese for centuries.  For our purposes though, we’re going to be using it again as a diuretic which basically means it’s going to dry you up.  Just look for this in capsule form at your local health food store and take about 3 of them each day.

3.    Witch Hazel

This herbal solution works by constricting your pores thus making it harder for the sweat to escape.  What you’re going to want to do is pick up this in extract form and apply it with cotton balls to the areas you want to get under control.

Now while these excessive sweating treatments will work to reduce your sweating, if you want to completely cure yourself of this condition in short order, you’ll need to look at more powerful treatments.  One such treatment which is quite popular and effective can found here: click this link to check it out

Want to learn how to stop sweat?  I’m going to go over several ways with you to do just that.  The key is to pick a method and stick to it long enough to see some results, often times people get frustrated and give up on a solution too soon, so keep that in mind when trying these tips out:

1.    Potatoes

Yup, one way how to stop sweat is through rubbing potatoes on your underarms!  Just cut a potato in half and use the inside of the potato to rub on your armpits.  There is something about doing this which tends to block off the pores and prevent your armpits from sweating.

2.    Cut Out The Spicy Foods

Spicy foods may be fun to eat, but the effects they can have on your body are not so much fun.  Spicy foods tend to trigger our sympathetic nervous system which is responsible for signaling our sweat glands to sweat.  When this happens we sweat more, so you might want to cut out the chillis and Tabasco sauce.

3.    Charcoal

Eating charcoal on an empty stomach 2-3 times a day can help reduce your sweating.  Now this may not taste all that great, but give it enough time and you will see the results.

Now if you are still wondering how to stop sweat because none of the above tips really vibed with you, or you’re looking for something which is a sure-fire way of solving your problem, there are other options available.  One of the most potent cures available online can get rid of your excess sweating in under two weeks.  It’s pretty powerful and many have had success with it, you can check it out here: click this link for more info
