Do you have an issue with excessive sweat drenching your shirts, dripping off your forehead, clamming up your hands or soaking your feet?  If so you don’t need to keep suffering, there are ways to manage it so it doesn’t drive you mental, here’s how:

1.    Stop Drinking Pop!

One way to deal with excessive sweat is to totally remove pop from your diet.  Pop is loaded with caffeine, caffeine increases anxiety and this leads to more sweating.  It’s a small change but every little positive change will add up.

2.    Stop Drinking Coffee

For the same reasons as above!  Coffee is a staple in many of our lives, but the caffeine plus the sugar can cause a lot of anxiety and sweating.

3.    Chamomile Oil

Scrub your body with this wherever you need to prevent sweating.  This has been known as an effective anti-sweat product and odor fighter.

4.    Lemon Juice and Baking Soda

This is a good combo for not only managing your sweat but your odor as well.  Rub on the lemon juice first then pack on the baking soda.  The baking soda will absorb the sweat and the lemon will get rid of the odor.

There are several other tricks you can try to deal with your excessive sweat, but these will get you started.  If you really want to take things to the next level though, you’re going to want to try a solution which will cure your sweating rather than manage it.  One of the best solutions you can find right now which gets to the root of your excessive sweating can be found here: click this link to check it out.
