Want to stop excessive underarm sweating from dragging you down?  I feel you on that, nothing is worse than having to be embarrassed constantly about whether or not people are noticing your sweat stains or even the odor itself.  It’s really socially debilitating.  So what can be done to stop it, how can we go on living a normal sweat free life?  Here’s how:

1.    Bring Extra Clothes

One way to stop excessive underarm sweating from controlling your life is to make sure you have contingencies.  If you find your shirt is getting drenched in the middle of the day, ensure you have a spare one so you can head to the bathroom and make a quick change.  Just go into the big handicapped stall if you can, bring in your bag and make the switch.  It will take some time to get used to, but once you do, you’ll be feeling a lot better about going to work or school.

2.    Apple Cider Vinegar + Honey

This is a solution you can put together which will reduce your sweating.  Just mix up 2 tablespoons of the apple cider vinegar with honey and drink this 3 times a day.  The honey should make things more palatable, take this with every meal.

3.    Shave The Pits!

This is mostly for the guys, I hope!  But shaving your armpits will really help the situation as there will be less of a smell and it will be easier to clean that area.  The less bacteria that grows there due to you being able to clean it better, the less it will smell.

So if you want to stop excessive underarm sweating, keep these tips in mind, they’ll help you out some, although they admittedly will only help you manage your problem.  If you’re really looking for a permanent solution, you will need something more powerful.  There is one solution which can cure you in as little as 2 weeks if you put it to work for yourself.  It’s all natural too, you may want to have a look at that: click on this link to check it out.

Treatment For Sweating

There is an amazing treatment for sweating that not many people have heard of.  Although it is mostly for controlling the odor caused by your sweating, it is amazingly effective when combined with other excessive sweating products.  You won’t find it in any local store, Crystal Deoderant Stonebut you can find it if you’re diligent in your online searching.  What is it?

A crystal deodorant stone!

Yes, a stone!  Strange but effective.   You see your underarm only gets smelly due to the bacteria there feeding off of your sweat and excreting their waste.  Your armpit odor is just bacteria odor, so how do you get rid of the odor?  Get rid of the bacteria of course!  This treatment for sweating works to kill all odor causing bacteria on your underarms.

Just do a search on the Internet for “crystal deodorant stick” or “crystal deodorant stone” and you should find it.  The great thing about it is it’s really cheap and it lasts a LONG time!  When I say long, I mean like 1 year long!

All you have to do is wet your underarms a bit then simply rub the crystal deodorant stone on your underarms like you would a regular deodorant stick and you’re good to go.  You can even try combining this with other treatment methods like antiperspirants.

This is one little known treatment for sweating you’re going to want in your arsenal.

If you’re looking to get your sweating under control rather than odor, there is a great natural remedy available which you can find by clicking this link.

Hand Sweating - Get It Under Control! Here’s How…

Would you like to get your hand sweating under control?  Sweaty palms can be really embarrassing because it’s not like someone sees you being sweaty, they actually can feel you being sweaty which seems to generate a stronger reaction.  It’s really embarrassing when you shake hands with someone and you can see on their face that they sensed your hand was all wet!  So how do we stop this?  Try out these tips:

1.    Drink Sage

This will not only help with your hand sweating issue, but sweating all over.  Just get the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of sage powder or 1 tablespoon of sage leaves
  • 1 lemon

What you’re going to do is bring the water to a boil.  Once you’ve done that, steep the sage in the water for about 5-10 minutes.  Don’t overdo it since it can lead to toxins being released from the sage.  It’s a delicate balance.  Sip this throughout the day and your palms in time will be noticeably less sweaty.

2.    Botox Injections

Ok, this solution is a little more extreme, but it works extremely well.  You see, botox interrupts your sympathetic nervous system’s ability to communicate with your own sweat glands.  When this happens, you don’t sweat.  So what you can do is head to a specialist and have about 20-30 injections of botox done into each palm.  This will put an end to all sweating but it will only last you around 6 months.  It is also quite expensive, plus you will have some momentary discomfort with the needle.

Dealing with your hand sweating all the time can be a pain, but if neither of these solutions are quite for you, there is a more powerful and natural solution you can try out.  It’s one of the most popular solutions currently out and it has helped out over 7000 people thus far.  To check it out for yourself, click on this link.

Stop Hyperhidrosis

Want to know how to stop hyperhidrosis?  The answer may be a little much for you.  You see, while there are a lot of treatments out there to stop excess sweating, not all of them work too well and the ones that do work tend to be quite extreme.  What do I mean by that?  Well, let’s take a look at one of your best options so you can see what I mean.

1.    ETS Surgery

ETS surgery is one of the best ways to stop hyperhidrosis.  This is a surgical procedure which involves making incisions in the back, inserting a camera in there, in between the ribcage and locating your sympathetic nerves.  Once found, they are then burned or clamped.  If they are burned, they are destroyed forever and will no longer send signals to your sweat glands to sweat.  Clamping is not as permanent, which in a way is good.  Why would I say that is good?

Well the truth is, even though this surgery is over 98% effective in reducing sweating, there are complications that arise.  Namely, there is compensatory sweating.  That is sweating on places like your back, and your stomach to make up for not being able to sweat from your underarms.  Some people find this is even worse than sweating from your underarms and there are horrible pics out on the net which show this unfortunate result.

So while you can stop hyperhidrosis, it’s a matter of whether you’re willing to roll the dice.  Are you willing to take the risk of getting compensatory sweating?  Are you willing to go under the knife and permanently destroy your nerves in your body?  It’s quite the decision to make

If that is too intense for you, there are safer solutions that are surprisingly just as effective.  There aren’t many of them, but I’ve done the leg work and thus far, the best all natural cure can be found here: click this link to check it out

How To Stop Sweat - Take A Stab At These 3 Solutions

Want to learn how to stop sweat?  I’m going to go over several ways with you to do just that.  The key is to pick a method and stick to it long enough to see some results, often times people get frustrated and give up on a solution too soon, so keep that in mind when trying these tips out:

1.    Potatoes

Yup, one way how to stop sweat is through rubbing potatoes on your underarms!  Just cut a potato in half and use the inside of the potato to rub on your armpits.  There is something about doing this which tends to block off the pores and prevent your armpits from sweating.

2.    Cut Out The Spicy Foods

Spicy foods may be fun to eat, but the effects they can have on your body are not so much fun.  Spicy foods tend to trigger our sympathetic nervous system which is responsible for signaling our sweat glands to sweat.  When this happens we sweat more, so you might want to cut out the chillis and Tabasco sauce.

3.    Charcoal

Eating charcoal on an empty stomach 2-3 times a day can help reduce your sweating.  Now this may not taste all that great, but give it enough time and you will see the results.

Now if you are still wondering how to stop sweat because none of the above tips really vibed with you, or you’re looking for something which is a sure-fire way of solving your problem, there are other options available.  One of the most potent cures available online can get rid of your excess sweating in under two weeks.  It’s pretty powerful and many have had success with it, you can check it out here: click this link for more info

Overactive Sweat Glands - What Do You Do If You Have Them?

Have any overactive sweat glands you want to put back in check?  Excessive sweating is really tough to live with, especially if you find yourself in social situations a lot, it can be quite embarrassing.  So how can you best manage in such circumstances?  Well, here are a few tricks I do to stay dry.

1.    Bring Extra Clothes To Work

Sounds crazy, but if you have overactive sweat glands, you gotta do what you gotta do.  During lunch or another time during the day when you can take a break, head to the washroom and change your undershirt, shirt, or socks, whatever it may be that needs changing.  You’ll head back to your desk rejuvenated.

2.    Stop Drinking

Do you drink alcohol much?  If you do, it’s important to note that alcohol is responsible for the dilation of blood vessels.  When blood vessels expand, more blood flows through them and thus your body temperature increases, and we all know what this means, more sweat!  So cut back on the alcohol and your body will thank you.

3.    Kava Kava

This is an all natural solution which will calm your nervous system down.  When your nerves are calmed, you’re less susceptible to anxiety and anxiety based sweating.  Get this stuff at your local health store and drink it daily.

So if you have overactive sweat glands, these tips will help you out a bit, but if you really want to get the problem solved and quick, you’ll need a more powerful solution.  Here is one of the better products out there: Click here for more info.

Excessive Facial Sweating - Can It Be Cured?

Is excessive facial sweating driving you mad?  Want to know what your options are?  Well, you don’t have to keep suffering from it, there are solutions you can put in place, some easy, some not so easy, but we’re going to go over them all right now so you know your options!

1.    ETS Surgery

Ok, not many people know that excessive facial sweating can be treated with surgery.  If you don’t know what ETS Surgery is, basically what happens is a small incision is made in your back  and a camera is inserted inside, through your ribcages.  Once your sympathetic nerves are found, these are burned and destroyed so that they can’t send signals to sweat glands on certain points on your body.   When the sweat glands can’t be signaled, you stop sweating, simple as that.

Now the success rate with this is 98% for scalp and facial sweating, but it’s important to note there are side-effects.  Namely, you can  get compensatory sweating, sweating in other areas of your body to compensate for the lack of sweat on your head.  This usually isn’t that much , but for some people the compensatory sweating can be just as bad if not worse than the facial sweating itself.

2.    Antiperspirant Gel

This sure beats rubbing an antiperspirant stick on your head.  There are certain antiperspirants made specifically for the face and hands and these are put in squeeze bottles as a gel.  You can pick them up online from Ebay or Amazon, just apply a thin coating to your forehead and face before you go out and it should get right to work!

Now obviously if you have excessive facial sweating, it’s prudent to try out the latter solution first, but if that doesn’t work don’t  worry, there are other safer solutions just as effective as the surgery.  One of the most effective natural solutions can be found here: click on this link to check it out.

Stop Excessive Sweating

Want to stop excessive sweating from weighing you down, with your own sweat?  It’s never fun to break out into a noticeable sweat and to feel everyone’s eyes on you.  You know that feeling where you know that they know?  Ya, it sucks.  So to keep that horrible feeling away, be sure you take proper precautions, try out these tips to ensure you’re dry:

1.    Use Sweat Pads

Sweat pads are a great way to stop excessive sweating, they’re fool proof!  They’ve got some adhesive you just stick to the insides of your shirts and they just stay there and soak up any excess sweat so it doesn’t stain your shirt, brilliant!  You can get them in the throw away variety or washable, it’s up to you.

2.    Drysol

This is a prescription solution that is effective in over 80% of those who try it.  This can have up to 40% aluminum chloride which is the active anti-sweat ingredient in most antiperspirants, so it definitely packs a punch.

3.    Sage

This is a very potent way to stop excessive sweating.  Just bring a cup of water to a boil, then once you’ve got that, place 1 tablespoon of sage leaves or 1 teaspoon of sage powder in it to steep.  Do this for 5-10 minutes then drain it, you don’t want it to steep for too long as toxins can be released from the sage, it’s a delicate balance.  But sipping this in one go or throughout the day will drastically cut down on your sweating.

Now while these are all going to help you stop excessive sweating, if you truly want a permanent solution and not just a band aid one, you’re going to have to whip out the big guns.  So if you don’t want to constantly have this sweating issue in the back of your head, you need to check this long term solution out.
