Need some sweating treatments that aren’t going to result in you being cut up or injected or anything else extreme like that?  While those types of surgical treatments can help, they are quite invasive, it would be much better if we can get the solution solved naturally.  But is there such a way?  Sure there is!  It’s just a matter of what works best for you, different solutions work for different people.  So why don’t you start off with one of these:

1.    Alcohol

Drink much?  One of the best sweating treatments for those who do is to completely cut out the alcohol.  You see alcohol will dilate your blood vessels and thus it will increase your overall body temperature as blood courses through your veins even faster.  So cut out the drinking!

2.    White Vinegar

You’re not going to have to drink this, thankfully, all you need to do is pick up some of this and some cotton balls and dab it onto your underarms or wherever else you’re sweating.  This will work by closing up your pores and preventing too much sweat from escaping.

3.    Certain Dri

Ever seen this thing in stores?  It’s an over the counter antiperspirant that is stronger than most.  It contains aluminum chloride in a 20% concentration which is why it is so good at preventing excess sweating.  If you can’t find it in your store, you will for sure find it online.

Any of these sweating treatments should do the trick in a pinch, but if you’re more serious about permanently ending this horrid problem, you may need to look into something more powerful.  If you want to take things to the next level, click here and check out this solution.

Compensatory Sweating

Hey Guys and Gals,

If you’re considering getting surgery done for your excessive sweating, it is important to consider the possibility of compensatory sweating.  What is compensatory sweating?  It is excessive sweating in other areas of the body(usually the chest or back) in response to not being able to sweat from your underarms due to surgery.

With Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy surgery, incisions are made in your back to gain access to your sympathetic nerves.  These nerves which signal your sweat glands to excrete sweat are essentially burned…DESTROYED.  Now this usually results in a drastic decrease in sweating from your underarms, over 98%, however, it can lead to excessive sweating elsewhere as you will see here:

Scary huh?

Before you jump on the surgery bandwagon it is important you understand these serious risks involved.  For those who have adverse effects like this, the surgery is IRREVERSIBLE!! They are doomed to deal with the compensatory sweating the rest of their life and if you live in a hot climate you will be at risk of heatstroke!

This is why it is imperative you seek out natural methods first.  Do not even consider this unless you have exhausted all your natural options… and if you actually do what I just said, you will never wind up having surgery done because there are powerful natural methods which cure you without you having to even go under the knife!  One of the best natural solutions that rivals ETS surgery in terms of effectiveness can be found by clicking on this link.

Is there a cure for sweating?  Can this issue truly be resolved once and for all?  For those of us affected by excessive sweating, having an answer to this question is of the utmost importance to us.  With the advances in today’s modern society you would think that there would be a cure for a condition as simple as sweating.  The good news is, there are many ways for you to manage your sweating.  You never want to eliminate ALL sweating as sweating is our body’s way of regulating it’s temperature, without it, you risk dying of heatstroke.  So considering that here is what you’re going to want to try first:

In looking for a cure for sweating, you’re first going to want to try an antiperspirant.  This is the first line of defense and some of them work to at least alleviate some of your sweating.  If you want to get a more powerful antiperspirant, you’re looking at prescription antiperspirants.  These contain the active ingredient aluminum chloride at 30-40%.  If you’re going down that route, have a look at Drysol, this has worked for over 80% of people with excessive sweating.  If you use this, make sure you don’t use it on recently shaved skin and wash it off in the morning with plain water to avoid any irritation.

Another product to use if you’re looking for a cure for sweating is a crystal deodorant stone.  What is it?  It is a product which will help kill any underarm bacteria and thus reduce any odor you have associated with your sweating.  You can find these things on the Internet, all you have to do is wet your underarms and then rub on the stone as you would a deodorant stick.  Once done, wipe clean the stone and put it away.  The stone can last up to a year and is dirt cheap, so you should definitely look at picking one up.

A great way to cure sweating though is to use a more natural method.  One product this has worked for many people and is a popular solution to the problem is Stop Sweating and Start Living. To find out more about it, click this link.

Hyperhidrosis Surgery - Is It Really Worth It?

Are you considering hyperhidrosis surgery?  It’s quite a serious step to take to go under the knife.  Granted this condition can drive you absolutely crazy that I don’t blame you, however before you dive in, here’s what you need to know:

Hyperhidrosis surgery, is mainly referred to as ETS surgery, this is short for Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy surgery.  The first thing that happens is small incisions are made on both sides of your back that are 1/12th of an inch large.  Once this is done, a small camera is inserted in past your ribcage to find the main “sympathetic trunk” which is a bunch of nerves which signal to your sweat glands to sweat.

Now, depending on what you want to treat, be it your underarms, forehead or palms, certain “ganglions” are essentially burned and destroyed, preventing that area of the body from sweating, permanently.
Now this is both good and bad.  The reason why I say it can be bad is you will now be at greater risk of heatstroke.  This is particularly important if you live in a high temperature climate or ever intend on visiting such a place.

Also, you are at risk of getting compensatory sweating which is sweating of the trunk, thighs or butt in compensation for the lack of sweat elsewhere on the body.  In fact, most people do get some form of this after surgery, it’s just that for most it’s not that severe.  But if you happen to be one of the unlucky ones(the 10%), your life will be made a living hell.  Some people can’t even go the day without changing their shirt because their back and stomach just end up drenching it.

So considering all this, hyperhidrosis surgery may not be the best cure out there for you.  The good news is there are ways of solving this problem by natural means, you should definitely explore this method fully before even considering surgery.   One of the best natural treatments can cure your sweating in as little as two weeks time, you can check it out for yourself by clicking this link.

Need An Excessive Sweating Remedy?

Need an excessive sweating remedy to get rid of your constant sweating?  It’s a real pain having to continually hide your excess sweating, hoping that no one finds out about your little problem.  But there are ways to handle this so that the sweating is either reduced or is made unnoticeable.  Here are 3 powerful techniques you can put to use which will keep you in the clear:

1.    Sweat Pads

Sweat pads are just amazing.  This is a cheap and easy excessive sweating remedy that is pretty versatile.  They are absorbent pads that are either disposable or washable, that you can stick on the insides of your shirt, under your armpits to absorb sweat.  This takes away the whole sweat ring issue completely!  If you happen to sweat that extra bit, of course you can combine this technique with wearing an undershirt, there would be absolutely no way the sweat would get through that.  You can pick these things up at Ebay or Amazon.com

2.    Crystal Deodorant Stick

This is more a solution for any odor that comes with the sweat, it’s really powerful and very few people know about this.  To apply it, just wet your underarms, and roll the crystal deodorant stick/stone on your underarms.  This will work to kill off the bacteria that lives on your underarms which is the source of the odor.  Once these guys are dead, your underarms will not be as smelly as they used to be.  Again, you can find these on Ebay and Amazon as well.

These two solutions combined pack make for an effective excessive sweating remedy, but if you’re looking to take things a step further and end your sweating problem for good, you will need something a bit more powerful.  One of the most potent solutions which is safe and natural has cleared some up in as little as 2 weeks time.  To check it out for yourself, click on this link.

Excessive Sweat - You Got It? Get Rid Of It! Here’s How

Is excessive sweat getting you down?  If you have just had enough with pits that sweat faster than Niagara Falls on steroids, I totally feel you on that!  I used to get it so bad even at night, the fear of drowning alive in my bed sheets was very real to me.  So how can we karate chop this problem into oblivion?  Here’s how.

1.    Wear Lose Clothing

One way to stop excessive sweat is to stay away from clothes that cling too tight to the body.  I know, ladies and fellow bodybuilders it’s going to be tough, but these are the kinds of sacrifices which can make a difference.  Granted this may be easier for a guy to pull off, it is still possible for you ladies out there.

2.    Cut Out The Pop

If you just love drinking pop, cut it out, it’s loaded with caffeine!  Why does that matter?  Because caffeine increases anxiety and thus in turn increases sweating.  The more hyped up on caffeine, not to mention the sugar that’s in there, the more you will sweat.

3.     Sage + Liquid Chlorophyll

This is a great combo.  Just take a couple of drops of liquid chlorophyll and mix that in with some sage extract.  Drink that down straight or mix it in with a fruit drink to make it more palatable.

Either of these ways are going to help you to reduce your sweating, but if you’re serious about ending this for good, you may want to look into a more effective treatment.  There are treatments out there that are all natural and that can eliminate all your sweating in only 2 weeks.  To learn more about it, check this link out.

Have Sweating Hands? Here’s How To Make Sure They Stay Dry.

Need a way to deal with your sweating hands so that you’re not always so self-conscious when you’re around others?  Well there are several tricks you can try out to reduce the sweating, so check out these tips and pick one to put into practice!

1.    Iontophoresis

This is a pretty effective way of treating your sweating hands.  What you need to do to set this home system up is get a 12 volt motorcycle or lawnmower battery, some red and black alligator clips, two shallow stainless steel pans and some water.

All you need to do is attach one end of the battery to a tray with the red alligator clips and the other end of the battery to the tray with the black clips.  Once done, pour water into the trays.  What you’re going to do next is place your hands in the water and thus complete the circuit, allowing a small current of electricity to flow through you.

This causes a reaction in the water which results in the minerals forming a layer around your hands preventing sweat from escaping.  Do this for 20 minutes each day and gradually ease up to 4 or even 3 times a week.

One word of caution is don’t ever let the trays touch or you’ll get a shock.

2.    Cloth Pockets

Another way to handle sweating hands is to remove your pockets and sew in some absorbent cloth in it’s place.  This way every time you put your hands in your pockets you’ll be able to dry them.  An alternative is to just place a cloth in your pockets or to simply carry around a cloth to wipe your hands with.

Now if none of these ideas appeal to you, there is one other treatment which has helped people treat their underarm as well as sweating hands in an all natural way.  Over 7000 people have used it’s methods, the technique can be found here: click this link for more info.
