Need some remedies for sweating?  When you sweat more than what is usual, what you have is a condition called Hyperhidrosis, it’s something that over 8 million Americans suffer with.  But you don’t have to remain powerless here, there are ways to fight this thing so you can live a normal life.  Here are a couple of things you can try out:

1.    Burdock

One of the remedies for sweating Is the use of burdock.  It is a natural herb that promotes the elimination of bodily fluids via the lymph nodes, kidneys, the bowels and urination.  The end result of all of this is less fluids being released via sweating.  What you need to do is take 5ml of this 3 times daily.  You can even steep burdock root in boiled water and create a tea you can drink.

2.    Astragalus

This stuff reduces your sweating by acting as a diuretic.  If you pick this up in pill form, take it as per the recommendations, which is likely 1-3 capsules a day.  If instead you pick up the dried root, you can use it to steep in some boiled water and create a tea out of it.  Just use 5g of it and brew it for 5-10 minutes in a cup of boiled water.  If you’re not seeing any results, just up your dosage a bit.

If neither of these remedies for sweating quite do it for you though, you’re not out of luck as there is a more powerful solution that works better and quicker.  One of the most potent solutions can not only get you noticeably drier, but pretty much eliminate your sweating problem all together in less than two weeks.  It’s pretty powerful stuff and is getting rave reviews.  To check it out for yourself, click on this link.

Hyperhidrosis is a difficult condition to live with. Having to deal with the sweating on a continual basis makes many social situations, even intimate situations hard to manage.  This is why so many seek out Hyperhidrosis Treatment as soon as they learn they have it.  But what are the best Hyperhidrosis Treatments out there? What are the side effects? Will it even work?  These are the kinds of things you need to take into consideration.

The most extreme Hyperhidrosis Treatment is surgery.  Surgery involves cutting the sympathetic nerve which is near your undearms, this prevents your nerves from signalling your sweat glands to produce sweat.  This has a high rate of success but the procedure is irreversable.  That combined with possible complications makes it something to consider carefully.  It is possible to get compensatory sweating(CS) which means you will end up sweating in other areas of your body a lot more to make up for the nerves being cut.  In some patients this ends up being just as irritating.

Another Hyperhidrosis Treatment to consider are oral medications.  Anticholinergics block neurotransmitters like acetylcholine from stimulating your sweat glands.  This in turn leads to reduced sweating.  The only complication with this form of treatment are side effects such as increased heart rate, double vision, short-term memory loss, inability to concentrate, dry/sore throat, disorientation, and many more issues, too many to list.

Then of course there are antiperspirants which are the most frequently used Hyperhidrosis Treatment.  The main ingredient which makes this effective is “aluminum chloride”.  This is found in 10-15% concentrations in stores usually, however via prescription, you can get it as high as 30%.  The only issue is at such a high concentration, skin irritation is common, additionally, this treatment needs to be re-applied throughout the day.

Due to the inherant complications, it’s best to seek out more natural remedies before considering either one of these options.
