Hyperhidrosis Surgery – Is It Really Worth It?

Are you considering hyperhidrosis surgery?  It’s quite a serious step to take to go under the knife.  Granted this condition can drive you absolutely crazy that I don’t blame you, however before you dive in, here’s what you need to know:

Hyperhidrosis surgery, is mainly referred to as ETS surgery, this is short for Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy surgery.  The first thing that happens is small incisions are made on both sides of your back that are 1/12th of an inch large.  Once this is done, a small camera is inserted in past your ribcage to find the main “sympathetic trunk” which is a bunch of nerves which signal to your sweat glands to sweat.

Now, depending on what you want to treat, be it your underarms, forehead or palms, certain “ganglions” are essentially burned and destroyed, preventing that area of the body from sweating, permanently.
Now this is both good and bad.  The reason why I say it can be bad is you will now be at greater risk of heatstroke.  This is particularly important if you live in a high temperature climate or ever intend on visiting such a place.

Also, you are at risk of getting compensatory sweating which is sweating of the trunk, thighs or butt in compensation for the lack of sweat elsewhere on the body.  In fact, most people do get some form of this after surgery, it’s just that for most it’s not that severe.  But if you happen to be one of the unlucky ones(the 10%), your life will be made a living hell.  Some people can’t even go the day without changing their shirt because their back and stomach just end up drenching it.

So considering all this, hyperhidrosis surgery may not be the best cure out there for you.  The good news is there are ways of solving this problem by natural means, you should definitely explore this method fully before even considering surgery.   One of the best natural treatments can cure your sweating in as little as two weeks time, you can check it out for yourself by clicking this link.

Do you have a sweating problem you just can’t shake?  If you’re wondering what it’s all about, it’s called Hyperhidrosis, and it affects over 8 million in America alone, so you’re not alone.  Some more good news is there are ways around this problem, you can fight back!  Here’s how:

1.    Drysol

One way to deal with your sweating problem is to head over to your doctor and ask for a prescription of Drysol.  This is a prescription antiperspirant that contains aluminum chloride, the active ingredient in most antiperspirants at 40%, this is twice what you find in store bought products.  When you get it, you only need to apply it about 3 times a week due to it’s efficacy, this should help you some with your sweating.

2.    Lose Weight

Another solution to consider is losing weight!  The more weight you carry around on your body the more you’re going to be pre-disposed to sweat.   Even if you don’t feel you have that much to lose, every little bit will help.  Don’t stop until you can see some abs, this goes for both men and women!

3.    Stack Solutions

This is one of the most important things to do.  When you are looking stop your sweating, don’t bank on one thing doing it for you, try several solutions all at once and go for their cumulative effect.

Now these tips will get you started, you should start seeing a reduction in sweating if you put these to work.  If however you do not or are looking for something which packs more punch, I would recommend you check out this program which has been helping many people online get rid of their sweating problem for good: click here for more info.

Excessive Foot Sweating

For those of you who have issues with Excessive Foot Sweating, I have some tips that are going to help make it more manageable for you on a day to day basis.  Dealing with sweaty feet can making walking about extremely uncomfortable.  It becomes a relief at the end of the day to FINALLY take off your socks, at which point they are just drenched in sweat!  It doesn’t have to be that bad though, there are certain things you can do to greatly minimize uncomfortable foot sweating.

Firstly what you’re going to want to do is only wear 100% cotton socks!  This is especially important for you guys with excessive foot sweating.  A lot of dress socks guys wear are not 100% cotton and make the situation a lot worse.  The fibers are not breathable and at the end of the day you can almost hear the wetness as you rub your toes together inside of your shoes.  Wearing cotton socks greatly helps the situation!  They may be thicker than your usual dress socks but they will be a definite help in eliminating your excessive foot sweating.

This other tip can literally double or triple your relief from foot sweating on a daily basis and it is so simple to do.  Granted, this is going to take a little bit more planning on your part as well as privacy, but once you get used to doing it, it will provide you with A LOT more relief.

All you need to do is simply bring an extra pair or two of socks with you to work!  Just find yourself some time during the day to replace your socks with a clean and dry pair and you’ll reduce the amount of discomfort you feel throughout the day.  You can do it discreetly during lunch or just excuse yourself to the washroom and do it there.

The best program I have found with helps eliminate not only excessive foot sweating but ALL sweating by up to 95% is Stop Sweating Start Living.  If you’re serious about fixing this issue once and for all, I’d highly recommend you have a look at it by clicking this link.

Excessive Sweating Treatments – 3 Rare Treatments You Cannot Afford To Miss!

Are you looking for some excessive sweating treatments?  Well, I’ve uncovered a few you likely have never heard of before, so if you’re looking for some new insight, here it comes:

1.    Burdock

If you need some excessive sweating treatments, you’re going to want to try out this plant as one of them.  You can actually pick this up in capsule form at a local health food store.  Take about 1-3 capsules a day.  If all you can find is the fluid extract, instead take about 5ml of that 3 times a day, this will work as a diuretic.

2.    Astragalus

This is a solution which has been used by the Chinese for centuries.  For our purposes though, we’re going to be using it again as a diuretic which basically means it’s going to dry you up.  Just look for this in capsule form at your local health food store and take about 3 of them each day.

3.    Witch Hazel

This herbal solution works by constricting your pores thus making it harder for the sweat to escape.  What you’re going to want to do is pick up this in extract form and apply it with cotton balls to the areas you want to get under control.

Now while these excessive sweating treatments will work to reduce your sweating, if you want to completely cure yourself of this condition in short order, you’ll need to look at more powerful treatments.  One such treatment which is quite popular and effective can found here: click this link to check it out
