Want to learn how to stop sweat?  I’m going to go over several ways with you to do just that.  The key is to pick a method and stick to it long enough to see some results, often times people get frustrated and give up on a solution too soon, so keep that in mind when trying these tips out:

1.    Potatoes

Yup, one way how to stop sweat is through rubbing potatoes on your underarms!  Just cut a potato in half and use the inside of the potato to rub on your armpits.  There is something about doing this which tends to block off the pores and prevent your armpits from sweating.

2.    Cut Out The Spicy Foods

Spicy foods may be fun to eat, but the effects they can have on your body are not so much fun.  Spicy foods tend to trigger our sympathetic nervous system which is responsible for signaling our sweat glands to sweat.  When this happens we sweat more, so you might want to cut out the chillis and Tabasco sauce.

3.    Charcoal

Eating charcoal on an empty stomach 2-3 times a day can help reduce your sweating.  Now this may not taste all that great, but give it enough time and you will see the results.

Now if you are still wondering how to stop sweat because none of the above tips really vibed with you, or you’re looking for something which is a sure-fire way of solving your problem, there are other options available.  One of the most potent cures available online can get rid of your excess sweating in under two weeks.  It’s pretty powerful and many have had success with it, you can check it out here: click this link for more info

Need a way to deal with your sweating hands so that you’re not always so self-conscious when you’re around others?  Well there are several tricks you can try out to reduce the sweating, so check out these tips and pick one to put into practice!

1.    Iontophoresis

This is a pretty effective way of treating your sweating hands.  What you need to do to set this home system up is get a 12 volt motorcycle or lawnmower battery, some red and black alligator clips, two shallow stainless steel pans and some water.

All you need to do is attach one end of the battery to a tray with the red alligator clips and the other end of the battery to the tray with the black clips.  Once done, pour water into the trays.  What you’re going to do next is place your hands in the water and thus complete the circuit, allowing a small current of electricity to flow through you.

This causes a reaction in the water which results in the minerals forming a layer around your hands preventing sweat from escaping.  Do this for 20 minutes each day and gradually ease up to 4 or even 3 times a week.

One word of caution is don’t ever let the trays touch or you’ll get a shock.

2.    Cloth Pockets

Another way to handle sweating hands is to remove your pockets and sew in some absorbent cloth in it’s place.  This way every time you put your hands in your pockets you’ll be able to dry them.  An alternative is to just place a cloth in your pockets or to simply carry around a cloth to wipe your hands with.

Now if none of these ideas appeal to you, there is one other treatment which has helped people treat their underarm as well as sweating hands in an all natural way.  Over 7000 people have used it’s methods, the technique can be found here: click this link for more info.

Hyperhidrosis Surgery

If you’ve ever considered Hyperhidrosis surgery as a method of treatment, chances are you have a severe case of excess sweating.  I understand your frustration, having tried everything, pills, antiperspirants the works, you feel as if this is your only saving grace, the one thing which may end it all…But before you go under the knife, it’s important to know exactly what you’re getting yourself into.  You don’t want to make a hasty emotional decision which you’re going to regret the rest of your life.  You may feel like you’ll never regret it now, but hindsight is 20/20, trust me.

So what is Hyperhidrosis surgery?  Well more specifically it’s called Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy(ETS).  This is a process in which an incision is made on your back and a camera is inserted in-between your rib cage to find your sympathetic nerves.  These are the nerves which are overactive and signalling your sweat glands to go nuts in your underarm area.  What happens from here is these nerves are basically burnt and cut.  The nerves are essentially destroyed and with the nerves unable to function, they no longer send the message to your sweat glands and bingo, you’re sweat free.

But it’s not all gravy all the time…You see there are complications with Hyperhidrosis surgery.  You can end up with compensatory sweating, where you sweat on other areas of your body more to make up for the lack of sweat from your underarms.  Some find this just as annoying as sweating from your underarms and end up regretting the surgery.  For most patients the compensatory sweating is not so bad they regret it, in-fact that is a relatively small percentage, but it’s important to know, especially since the surgery is irreversible.

If you think you’ve exhausted all your options, I would very strongly recommend you have a look at this natural solution first.  This has helped over 7,200 people so far and is very likely your saving grace.  Many people have avoided surgery through using this method, click this link to see it for yourself.
