Looking for a sweating remedy that’s going to cure you of your hyperhidrosis?  Sweating all the time can be a real pain, especially in social situations.  And if you are spending time with someone of the opposite sex, things can get embarrassing real fast if you don’t manage it.  So how can we prevent ourselves from getting into such situations?  Here are a few ways:

1.    Drink Tomato Juice

Tomato juice is one sweating remedy which can dry you up if you drink enough of it.  Drink about a glass or two a day consistently, every day and you will start to notice a decrease in the amount you sweat.  I’m not sure what it is about it, but it works.  It’s best to get pure tomato juice rather than some drink like V8 though.

2.    Drink Buttermilk

This is another natural healthy drink which can have an effect on how much you sweat.  I’m not sure what it is about this that makes it work, only that it does.  Look for it the next time you’re out shopping and if you pick it up, take at least a glass of it a day.

3.    Don’t Drink Alcohol!

Now while we’re on the topic of drinking, I should mention you need to cut out alcohol if you want to remain sweat free.  Why?  Because drinking makes your blood vessels dilate which in turn increases your body temperature and this leads to sweating.  There’s also the fact that it’s not exactly good for your liver.

Treatment For Excessive Sweating

Do you need treatment for excessive sweating?  Well, do you know what your options are?  You can either go for surgical treatment or go the more natural route, it’s all up to you and what you’re more comfortable with.  I’m going to go over some more natural ways of solving the problem though as I think that should be your first plan of attack.

1.    Take Up Yoga

One interesting treatment for excessive sweating is yoga.  One of the reasons we sweat so much is due to anxiety and stress.  We live such hectic lives that taking the time out each day to practice some yoga can have dramatic effects on our state of mind over time.  It takes time to cultivate this habit, but the effects from it are worth it.

2.    Wheat Grass

This is a drink that is very high in vitamin B which has been shown to help reduce sweating.  Now this is not just one type of vitamin B, but the whole spectrum drink a glass of this each day to start seeing a difference.  If you can’t find this in stores, just look for it online on Ebay or Amazon.com.

3.    Stop Smoking

For those of you who smoke, quit this habit and you’ll see a decrease in your sweating.  A lot of people smoke to calm their nerves, but in actuality you are dilating your blood capillaries, increasing your body temperature and increasing how much you sweat.

Excessive Foot Sweating – What You Need To Keep Your Feet Dry

Do you have a problem with excessive foot sweating?  Underarm sweating is what is usually talked about on most other sites, but what can be done if you’ve got some sweaty feet to take care of?  Well, I’ve compiled a list of solutions if you find yourself dealing with this which should help you out in your day to day life, check these tips out:

1.    Use Witch Hazel & Talcum Powder

Using witch hazel to treat excessive foot sweating is good because it’s going to constrict your pores and make it harder for sweat to drip out.  Not only that but the sweat that does drip out will just be absorbed by the talcum powder if you use this in conjunction with the witch hazel.  It’s a powerful two part solution.

2.    Wear The Right Socks

One key reason for sweaty feet is due to improper ventilation.  A lot of dress socks do not allow the feet to breath and thus leave them all sweaty at the end of the day.  The way around this is to only use 100% cotton or wool socks.  Pay attention the next time you pick up your socks to what the fabrics are, stay away from synthetic fibers.  This tip alone can significantly decrease sweating.

3.    Antiperspirant Gel

This is great because it’s not made just for the underarms, it can be used all over.  Just squeeze some gel out and apply a thin layer to your feet before you head out for the day.  You should be able to find it at a local drugstore, but if not, they can be found on either Ebay or Amazon.

Excessive Sweat – You Got It? Get Rid Of It! Here’s How

Is excessive sweat getting you down?  If you have just had enough with pits that sweat faster than Niagara Falls on steroids, I totally feel you on that!  I used to get it so bad even at night, the fear of drowning alive in my bed sheets was very real to me.  So how can we karate chop this problem into oblivion?  Here’s how.

1.    Wear Lose Clothing

One way to stop excessive sweat is to stay away from clothes that cling too tight to the body.  I know, ladies and fellow bodybuilders it’s going to be tough, but these are the kinds of sacrifices which can make a difference.  Granted this may be easier for a guy to pull off, it is still possible for you ladies out there.

2.    Cut Out The Pop

If you just love drinking pop, cut it out, it’s loaded with caffeine!  Why does that matter?  Because caffeine increases anxiety and thus in turn increases sweating.  The more hyped up on caffeine, not to mention the sugar that’s in there, the more you will sweat.

3.     Sage + Liquid Chlorophyll

This is a great combo.  Just take a couple of drops of liquid chlorophyll and mix that in with some sage extract.  Drink that down straight or mix it in with a fruit drink to make it more palatable.

3.    Wash Your Face In Cold Water

The idea here is the cold water will help to close off your pores.  Granted, the effects may be short term, but every little bit helps.

Armpit Sweating – Want To Stop It? Here’s How.

Is your armpit sweating getting to be a little excessive for you?  This is a condition known as hyperhidrosis and it affects over 8 million people in America alone.  Now if you want to do something about it, there are ways to get rid of it, try out these techniques and you will start to see results:

1.    Drink Some Sage Tea

Sage tea is a powerful to deal with your armpit sweating.  What you need to do is bring 250ml of water to a boil.  Once you have this, take 1 tablespoon of sage leaves, or a teaspoon of sage powder and steep that in the water for a good 5-10 minutes.  Once done, drain it and drink it, preferably with a lime or honey for taste.
