Excessive Underarm Sweat – 3 Simple Tips That Will Keep You Dry

If you’re interested in how to stop excessive underarm sweat, we’re going to look into a bunch of solutions which should help keep you dry and sweat free.  There’s nothing worse than having to deal with the embarrassment of sweating so put these tips to work and you will see an improvement:

1.    Cut Out The Spicy Foods

If you want to stop excessive underarm sweat cut spicy foods completely out of your diet!  These foods stimulate your sympathetic nervous system which in turn causes you to sweat.  Chillis, hot sauce and other spicy stuff should be nixed.

2.    Drink More Water

You’d think drinking water is going to only fuel the fire, but it’s quite the opposite actually.  As long as you’re drinking cold water, you’re going to help your body to regulate it’s temperature and thus help keep you cool.  You see, sweating is the body’s way of managing it’s temperature but if you give it a little help, it won’t feel the need to sweat as much.

3.    Don’t Wear Black

I know it’s tempting because it covers up the sweat well, but black tops are going to absorb a lot of sunlight and even light indoors which will cause you to get hot and sweat.  Try wearing light colored tops instead.

So if you want to stop excessive underarm sweat, heed these tips and you’ll make progress.  If you’re looking for a more permanent solution though, you’re going to have to try something that packs more of a punch. One of the better solutions that’s out right now can be found here: click here to check it out.

Sweating Treatment – 3 Potent Tips That Work!

I decided to do a write up to give you sweating treatment methods you likely have never heard of before.  If you feel like you’ve tried everything, here’s a list of a few more things to try out.  Hopefully one of these will be of some use to you.

1.     Lemon Juice and Baking Soda Combined

This is one sweating treatment that takes care of the sweat and the smell at once.  Take some lemon juice and dab that onto the underarms, then pat on some baking soda.  This two part combo will both absorb sweat and have you odor free with such simple ingredients, this is something you must try out.

2.    Stack-em!

This in itself isn’t a solution, but if you feel you’ve tried everything, one more thing you can try is trying everything at once!  Really, the more methods you try all at once, the better your chances of seeing some actual results, they all compound upon each other.  So do at least 3 different treatments at once and see what kind of results you get.

3.    Zinc

Now this is more so something to stop the smell, but I bet you didn’t know that supplementing with zinc can help reduce some of the odors that come with sweat.  Either take zinc supplements or eat foods high in zinc like broccoli, brussels sprouts, lima beans, peas, bok choy, tofu, cream of wheat turkey and nuts.
Now if you’re still looking for a sweating treatment that packs a punch, there are some powerful ones out there that can get rid of your sweating in two weeks time.  One of the most popular right now which has been getting a lot of rave reviews can be found by clicking on this link.

Excessive Sweating Cure – Does One Exist?

Need an excessive sweating cure, something that is not just going to manage it but outright cure it completely?  The truth is there are only a handful of well known cures that are almost guaranteed to work and the #1 cure is considered to be:

ETS Surgery

One excessive sweating cure is to go under the knife, no surprise here huh?  Well one thing that is not well known about this is it can not only cure you of excessive underarm sweating, but it’s also a good sweaty palms treatment.  What happens is an incision 1/12th of an inch is made in your back to allow for a small camera to be inserted inside past your ribs to find your sympathetic nerves.  Depending on if the underarms or palms are being treated, certain “ganglions” will be destroyed.  For underarm sweating, the T3, and sometimes T4 and T5 ganglia need to be taken care of, and for palmar hyperhidrosis it’s the T2 and sometimes T3 ganglia.

If you happen to have plantar hyperhidrosis which is sweating of the feet, this surgery can be done for that too but it’s rarely done since dealing with the L2 to L4 ganglia can lead to sexual side effects.
Now as for the success rates with this, there is a 99.9% success rate for palmar hyperhidrosis and a 90% success for excessive underarm sweating.

There is one problem though and that is compensatory sweating.  This is when you start sweating on your back, your stomach, thighs or butt in order to compensate for not being able to sweat on your underarms or palms.   This can often be even worse than the underarm or palm sweating and make it even more difficult to hide your sweating.  It’s not usually too severe and it doesn’t happen often but it’s something to think about.

Is there another excessive sweating cure other than surgery?  The answer is yes, there are a few herbal solutions which few know about and have been taking advantage of over the last few years.  It’s a safe alternative and should be considered before going under the knife.  For more information on how you can get this to work for yourself, click on this link.

Want to stop sweating so much?  Is it even possible to be free of this curse?  For some of you it may seem like an impossibility, it can be really hard to crack when you feel like you’ve tried it all and reached wits end.  But the truth is there is light at the end of the tunnel if you stick to this, there are solutions that work.  Here are a few for you to try out:

1.    Chamomile Oil

One way to stop sweating so much and getting drenched every single day is to take up using chamomile oil.  This will help not only stop the body odor that comes with sweat, but it will also work to reduce the sweating.  Pick this up at any health food store and put it to work.

2.     Cornstarch

Cornstarch is a great cheap way for you to absorb sweat on your body.  All you need to do is pat that on wherever it’s needed and let it do its thing.  You can also add some lemon juice on beforehand to handle the odor.

3.     Swap Antiperspirants

If you haven’t had luck with antiperspirants and you feel you’ve tried them all, keep trying!  There are a few you can find online which might work out for you.  One is Certain Dri, the other is Maxim.  You can pick up either at Ebay or Amazon.  The key is to keep trying different ones until you find one that works half decent.

Now these tips may or may not help you stop sweating so much, different things work for different people.  But if you are in desperate need of a hardcore solution, this is what I’ve found to be the best one available right now: click here for more info.
