Excessive Underarm Sweat – 3 Simple Tips That Will Keep You Dry

If you’re interested in how to stop excessive underarm sweat, we’re going to look into a bunch of solutions which should help keep you dry and sweat free.  There’s nothing worse than having to deal with the embarrassment of sweating so put these tips to work and you will see an improvement:

1.    Cut Out The Spicy Foods

If you want to stop excessive underarm sweat cut spicy foods completely out of your diet!  These foods stimulate your sympathetic nervous system which in turn causes you to sweat.  Chillis, hot sauce and other spicy stuff should be nixed.

2.    Drink More Water

You’d think drinking water is going to only fuel the fire, but it’s quite the opposite actually.  As long as you’re drinking cold water, you’re going to help your body to regulate it’s temperature and thus help keep you cool.  You see, sweating is the body’s way of managing it’s temperature but if you give it a little help, it won’t feel the need to sweat as much.

3.    Don’t Wear Black

I know it’s tempting because it covers up the sweat well, but black tops are going to absorb a lot of sunlight and even light indoors which will cause you to get hot and sweat.  Try wearing light colored tops instead.

So if you want to stop excessive underarm sweat, heed these tips and you’ll make progress.  If you’re looking for a more permanent solution though, you’re going to have to try something that packs more of a punch. One of the better solutions that’s out right now can be found here: click here to check it out.

Sweating Treatment – 3 Potent Tips That Work!

April 24, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

I decided to do a write up to give you sweating treatment methods you likely have never heard of before.  If you feel like you’ve tried everything, here’s a list of a few more things to try out.  Hopefully one of these will be of some use to you.

1.     Lemon Juice and Baking Soda Combined

This is one sweating treatment that takes care of the sweat and the smell at once.  Take some lemon juice and dab that onto the underarms, then pat on some baking soda.  This two part combo will both absorb sweat and have you odor free with such simple ingredients, this is something you must try out.

2.    Stack-em!

This in itself isn’t a solution, but if you feel you’ve tried everything, one more thing you can try is trying everything at once!  Really, the more methods you try all at once, the better your chances of seeing some actual results, they all compound upon each other.  So do at least 3 different treatments at once and see what kind of results you get.

3.    Zinc

Now this is more so something to stop the smell, but I bet you didn’t know that supplementing with zinc can help reduce some of the odors that come with sweat.  Either take zinc supplements or eat foods high in zinc like broccoli, brussels sprouts, lima beans, peas, bok choy, tofu, cream of wheat turkey and nuts.
Now if you’re still looking for a sweating treatment that packs a punch, there are some powerful ones out there that can get rid of your sweating in two weeks time.  One of the most popular right now which has been getting a lot of rave reviews can be found by clicking on this link.

Excessive Sweating Cure – Does One Exist?

April 21, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Need an excessive sweating cure, something that is not just going to manage it but outright cure it completely?  The truth is there are only a handful of well known cures that are almost guaranteed to work and the #1 cure is considered to be:

ETS Surgery

One excessive sweating cure is to go under the knife, no surprise here huh?  Well one thing that is not well known about this is it can not only cure you of excessive underarm sweating, but it’s also a good sweaty palms treatment.  What happens is an incision 1/12th of an inch is made in your back to allow for a small camera to be inserted inside past your ribs to find your sympathetic nerves.  Depending on if the underarms or palms are being treated, certain “ganglions” will be destroyed.  For underarm sweating, the T3, and sometimes T4 and T5 ganglia need to be taken care of, and for palmar hyperhidrosis it’s the T2 and sometimes T3 ganglia.

If you happen to have plantar hyperhidrosis which is sweating of the feet, this surgery can be done for that too but it’s rarely done since dealing with the L2 to L4 ganglia can lead to sexual side effects.
Now as for the success rates with this, there is a 99.9% success rate for palmar hyperhidrosis and a 90% success for excessive underarm sweating.

There is one problem though and that is compensatory sweating.  This is when you start sweating on your back, your stomach, thighs or butt in order to compensate for not being able to sweat on your underarms or palms.   This can often be even worse than the underarm or palm sweating and make it even more difficult to hide your sweating.  It’s not usually too severe and it doesn’t happen often but it’s something to think about.

Is there another excessive sweating cure other than surgery?  The answer is yes, there are a few herbal solutions which few know about and have been taking advantage of over the last few years.  It’s a safe alternative and should be considered before going under the knife.  For more information on how you can get this to work for yourself, click on this link.

Excessive Face Sweating

Is excessive face sweating getting driving you up the wall?  If you’ve just about sweat your last drop, I’ve got some solutions here for you which will save you from the insane asylum.  Well, things may not get quite THAT out of hand, but they sure can get you going.  Anyway, check these tips out:

1.    Fans!

Ever seen one of those mini-pocket fans?  Cool aren’t they?  Well, they can be used for excessive face sweating relief as well.  Just carry one around in your pocket and wherever you go if you need a quick bit of air, just turn it on and let it do it’s thing.  You can even get them with these plastic mounts so you can put it in your car, or on your desk at work!

2.    Headbands!

Now not everyone can get away with wearing these, this is more for those with a more active lifestyle or have a sporty look.  But even if you don’t fall into those categories, try it out, it’s worth looking into.  Just put on a headband as if it’s part of your everyday wardrobe and no one will be the wiser.

3.    Hit The Gym

Look, if you don’t have the active lifestyle for the headband, why not get used to hitting up the gym?  The more weight you lose, the less you’re going to sweat.  Why?  Because fat gets in the way of your body’s natural cooling system.  When your body is trying to regulate it’s temperature with the outside environment, the more fat that gets in the way of this process, the more you sweat.  So shed those pounds!

Now if you’re looking for a permanent way to deal with excessive face sweating, you will need something more powerful than these tips.  The good news is that there is a powerful and permanent solution to this all.  For more info on how to permanently end your facial sweating, check this link out.

Remedies For Sweating

Need some remedies for sweating to keep you dry?  I’ve got a couple here which if you implement should do you some good.  If you’re looking for a few extra pointers try out one of the following, better yet, try them all out at the same time, you’ll see better results that way.

1.    Certain Dri

One of the remedies for sweating you’ll probably first try out are antiperspirant sticks.  Some are better than others though and certain dri is definitely at the top of the list.  It contains aluminum chloride in a concentration of about 20%, this is the active ingredient which prevents the sweating, and many people have had success using this.

2.    Charcoal

Yup, believe it or not, eating charcoal, preferably on an empty stomach can help you to sweat less.  Take it several times a day and in a matter of days you should notice your sweating is not as intense as it usually is.  If this gives you any stomach upset, you can go ahead and try eating it with your meals.

3.    Driclor

Ok, if the Certain Dri didn’t do it for you this will, it contains aluminum chloride in a much higher concentration, close to 40% but this will require a prescription.  Ask for one from your doctor, it’s worth it.
Now if none of these remedies for sweating strike your fancy, there is a safe and even more powerful solution that works fast that you can try out.  Many people have found success with it and it’s currently one of the better solutions out there: click this link to check it out

Treatment For Excessive Sweating – 3 Ultra Rare Tips!

April 6, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Need a treatment for excessive sweating that’s going to keep you dry?  Well, I’ve been on the lookout for some rare solutions and I’ve found a couple.  If you feel like you’ve tried it all or are just interested in knowing what your options are, here’s what you may consider:

1.    Acupuncture

Acupuncture as a treatment for excessive sweating?  You betcha.  It may sound a bit out there or New Agey, but it’s definitely something to consider.  Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese practice in which super thin needles are inserted into the skin to stimulate certain points on the body.  It doesn’t hurt, in fact you will likely enjoy the experience.  Just make sure you get it done by a licensed practitioner who knows how to do “Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture”, check out a place like “acufinder.com” for people who practice it in your area.

2.    St. John’s Wort

This is an herb that has long been used to treat anxiety and depression.  Taking this is going to help keep you more calm and relaxed and thus less likely to sweat.  You can find it at your local health store or online if you’d like.

3.    Cyprus Oil

Cyprus oil is going to act as an astringent which means it’s going to shrink up your blood vessels and in so doing reduce the amount that you end up sweating.  How does this work?  Well, if we were to do the opposite which is dilate the blood vessels we’d end up getting more blood flowing and thus an increase in body temperature.  By doing the opposite we end up cooling the body down resulting in less sweating.

Regardless of which treatment for excessive sweating you go with, just make sure you stay consistent with it.  If you’re wanting to take things to the next level though and really put an end to your sweating, you will need a more powerful solution.  One of the best you can find online is right here: click here to check it out.
