Need to find a way to manage your sweating problems?  There are a bunch of ways you can do it, some methods work well for some, but not as well for others, it’s all about finding what works best with your body.  Of course the only way to figure that out is to try a lot of different things.  So on that note, here are a bunch of things for you to try out:

1.    Oral Medications

If you have sweating problems, you can treat it with prescription medications.  A lot of the medications work on the principle of blocking the chemical comound “acetyl choline”.  Why?  Because this is what is responsible for excessive sweating.  Some of the treatments include oxybutynin, glycopyrrolate, benztropine and propantheline bromide.  The only problem is these can often times bring about a lot of adverse side-effects which is why it’s not a popular method of treatment.  To find out more about this consult with your doctor.

2.    Get Your Zinc

Adding zinc to your diet is going to help you reduce a lot of the odor associated with sweating.  Eating things like nuts, veggies, whole grains and turkey are just some such foods.  You’ll also want to stay away from odor causing foods such as garlic and fish.

3.    Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is one of the best herbal supplements you can take for your sweating.  It comes in a powdered form which you just need to add water to.  If you can’t find it in stores you can find it off of Ebay or Amazon.  Drinking a glass or two of this a day is not only going to help keep you dry, but it’s also really good for your health.

Now if you still have sweating problems after all this or if you’re looking for a more powerful and permanent solution, you’re going to need to bring out the big guns.  There are only a few treatments out there that can completely cure you to the point that you don’t even think about your sweating any more.  This is one of them: click here for more info.

3.    Vitamin B

Filed under: Tips to Stop Sweating

Looking for some ways to stop sweating?  I’ve compiled a list of 10 powerful ways you can go about doing it.  Have a look and try out whichever one looks good to you:

1.    Charcoal

Believe it or not, one of the ways to stop sweating is by eating charcoal.  Eat it on an empty stomach 2-3 times a day for best results.

2.    Apple Cider Vinegar

This works by closing the pores, just dab some vinegar onto the problem areas.

3.    Talcum Powder

This is a solution which helps to absorb the sweat.  Just apply some to your underarms at the beginning of your day.

4.    Sage

This solution is quite powerful.  It can be toxic if you over brew it so be careful.  Just steep 1 tablespoon of leaves or 1 teaspoon of sage powder in a cup of boiled water and add lemon to taste.

5.    Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is loaded with vitamin B which is perfect for preventing sweating.  Drink 1-2 glasses of this a day.

6.    Tomato Juice

It may be hard to stomach, but you will sweat less if you can.

7.    Buttermilk

This is a bit easier on the stomach I think than the tomato juice and it does the same job.

8.    Cut Out Caffeine

Caffeine increases anxiety and causes excess sweating.  If you drink coffee or pop, cut it out of your diet.

9.    Driclor

This is a prescription deodorant that contains aluminum chloride at about 40%.  Very powerful stuff.

10.    Wear 100% Cotton

Wearing 100% cotton, wool and cashmere will help your body to breathe.  Cut out the unnatural fibres from your wardrobe like nylon, polyester, cordoury and flannel.

Whew!  There you have it.  That should keep you busy for a while.  Now if you’re still looking for more powerful ways to stop sweating believe it or not there is another level to this.   There are solutions out there that can get rid of your sweating problem for good and in as little as 2 weeks if you stick to it.  If you want to go with what I find to be one of the most powerful and successful solutions, click this link to check it out for yourself.

Excessive Sweating Remedies – Here Are 3 Gems You Need To Try Out!

Looking for some excessive sweating remedies?  If you’re frustrated with your sweating condition there is hope, I’ve got a bunch of solutions here for you to try out, some of them you likely have never heard of before.  So if you’ve just about had it and willing to do something about it, here are some great tips for you to start putting to work for yourself:

1.    Witch Hazel

One of the rarer excessive sweating remedies, witch hazel can be an effective solution as it constricts your pores, making it harder for sweat to escape from your body.  Just pick up some witch hazel extract and apply it to the troublesome areas.

2.     Vinegar

Another solution which works by closing up the pores is white vinegar.  Just pick some up at your local grocery store and dab some onto your underarms with cotton balls.  This one might leave an unpleasant odor, but nevertheless, it does it’s job.

3.    Cypress Oil

Cypress oil will act as an astringent, which basically means it will constrict your body’s tissues, namely your blood vessels.  How does this help? Well, when your blood vessels are expanded, this results in more blood flow which leads to an increase of temperature and sweating, so it follows that doing the reverse will lead to a lack of sweating.  Try it out and you’ll see for yourself.

Now all of these are great excessive sweating remedies, but if you really want to cure your condition instead of just manage it, you’re going to have to pull out the big guns.  If you’re serious about putting an end to this all, here is an all natural solution which many have found works well: click here to check it out.

Facial Hyperhidrosis

Facial Hyperhidrosis is one of the worst forms of this sweating condition.  Why?  Because when you meet people, the first thing they see is your face.  Not your underarms, not your back, not your hands(although they do feel them when you shake hands)..so it makes sense that if you suffer from this you should not only seek treatment for your underarms but also your face!  But what can be done other than rolling on an antiperspirant on your head? Here are some solutions for you to try out:

Firstly, try out an antiperspirant GEL!  For facial hyperhidrosis, it’s not a good idea to rub a stick of antiperspirant all over your face.  The solution is to check around the Internet for an antiperspirant gel made specifically for applying to the face.  You might even be able to find it in a local store, although it’s quite rare.

Secondly,  get and use a napkin.  Simple and effective, carrying a napkin around with allow you to have a way to keep your face dry at all times.  Granted you will need to find inconspicuous ways of wiping your face, this is much better than using your hand or your shirt.

Lastly, for facial hyperhidrosis, try buying and using more FANS.  You can pick up small mini-fans at your local dollar store, you can set a small one up in your car, mount it on your dashboard, and you can get another slightly bigger fan for your desk at work.  Seeing as how you spend most of your time either at work, in your car or at home, making sure you have fans at all these locations will help to keep yourself cool.

Ultimately if you want to CURE your sweating issue, you’re going to want a treatment that gets at the root of the problem.  So if you want to eliminate your sweating for good, check this link out.

Heavy Sweating – Get It Under Control With These 4 Powerful Solutions!

May 7, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Are you trying to get your heavy sweating under control?  If you’re confused as to what this is, it’s due to a condition known as hyperhidrosis.  It’s a condition which affects over 8 million people and is the result of overactive sweat glands, nothing more.  But how can we go about treating this so we can start living normal lives?  Well here’s a list of things for you to try out to live a drier, happier life:

1.    Chamomile Oil

If you have heavy sweating, try using chamomile oil wherever you are sweating.  It’s something you can pick up at any health food store and it really works well.  Give it a week to kick in, be consistent with it and you’ll see the results.

2.    Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar will work to close up your pores and prevent excess sweat from dripping out.  Just pick up some apple cider vinegar from the store and apply it with a cloth or cotton ball to the affected areas.

3.    Vitamin B

Vitamin B has been shown to help those who have excessive sweating, just make sure you take a supplement that is rich in the many various types of vitamin B and over time you should notice it’s effects.

4.    Cold Showers

This is a little trick I picked up.  If you take a cold shower, as soon as you leave the shower every pore on your body will be closed up and you won’t be sweaty for a while thereafter.  It is only temporary but it is still a good trick if you want to be sweat free even for a little while.

Now if you truly want to put an end to the heavy sweating, you’ll have to look at a product which is a bit more potent.  One of the most powerful solutions you can find on the Internet can eliminate your excess sweating in as little as two weeks.  You can find out more information about it by clicking this link.

Palmar Hyperhidrosis is one of the most difficult conditions to deal with.  Being in social situations and having to shake others hands or hold a loved one’s hand can become an embarrassing ordeal.  Even handling simple objects can become difficult with this condition, not to mention the fact that simply chopping up food with a knife can become just a little bit more dangerous.  The question is, is there anything that can be done about it?  Is there a way to deal with the embarrassing sweat and eliminate it once and for all?
