Facial Hyperhidrosis – Ya, It Sucks. But Here’s What You Can Do About It:

Nothing sucks more than facial hyperhidrosis.  The sweat is so much more noticeable when it’s up there and a lot harder to hide.  Not only that, but it seems like all the solutions for sweating are geared for only underarm sweat, so where does that leave us?  Welll, thankfully there are some solutions available, and I’ve compiled a list here with some tips you won’t find anywhere else:

1.    Witch Hazel In a Spray Bottle

This cure for facial hyperhidrosis is exactly what it sounds like.   What you’re going to do is pickup some witch hazel from a local health store and fill up a small spray bottle with the stuff.  This will work to close up your pores so what you’re going to do is close your eyes, and spray that onto your face.  Be careful not to get any in your eyes.  With the pores on your face closed, less sweat will be able to escape, thus, you sweat less.

2.    Cypress Oil

Cypress oil works as an astringent that constricts your blood vessels.  Now considering the dilation of blood vessels results in an increase in body temperature and thus increase in sweating, constricting the blood vessels will have the opposite effect and reduce your sweating.  This is exactly what happens when you apply cypress oil.

If neither of these seem to do the trick for your facial hyperhidrosis there are other methods available for you.  There are powerful anti-sweat solutions to be found in a product which has so far helped over 7000 people cure their excessive sweating problems.  To read more about it, click this link.

Sweating Hands

Some time ago I was looking through YouTube and I came across a video on sweating hands.  When I opened it up, I saw a young guy playing “Guitar Hero”, a video game for the PS2 which you play on guitar which you connect up to the system.  After playing the game on camera for only a few minutes, his hands were literally dripping sweat onto his guitar.  He couldn’t even play the game he loved without having to deal with his sweating hands! It’s because of this that so many people seek out a solution to end their torment once and for all, but what can be done?

Well, one form of treatment which is over 80% effective is Iontophoresis.  It is a treatment in which you place your hands in a shallow pan filled with water and have an electric current passed through it.  This will not be strong enough to harm you, but strong enough to cause the minerals in the water to form around your hand a protective barrier that prevents sweat from escaping.  Now you will need to do this several times a week at first for a good 30-45 minutes, but over time you can bring it down to only once a month.

But did you know this treatment can be made FAR more effective with 1 key ingredient???

If you simply take an oral anticholinergic and dissolve that into the water, the treatment’s effectiveness will be greatly improved!  Somehow the oral anticholinergic acts with the minerals in the water to enhance the protective barrier even further…So although oral anticholinergics cause a lot of side effects when ingested, in this way you will be side effect free and your sweating hands issue will be well taken care of.

If doing all this seems like too much for you, there are other options.  I would suggest an all natural method, one you can find through this link.

Sweaty Palms and Feet

If you have to deal with sweaty palms and feet, you know how much of a pain it can be.  Not only is it embarrassing in social situations, but having sweaty hands makes it hard to hold objects at times…sometimes at the worst of times too, like when you’re cutting up some food for dinner!  And for you ladies out there, if you wear heels, sweaty feet can make walking on heels treacherous!  If you have either of these problems, here are a few things you can do to minimize your discomfort:

1.   Take up Yoga

Yes….Yoga.  Yoga will help to relax your body and mind and by being in a more relaxed state, you will tend to sweat less.  This is more of a lifestyle change though as you need to practice yoga frequently to reap these benefits.  But the good news is, Yoga is fun!  Take up a Yoga class and not only will you help reduce sweaty palms and feet, but you’ll meet new people and relieve a lot of stress.

2.   Use Some Foot Powder

Buy some foot powder from a store it will help keep your feet drier and also eliminate any odor causing bacteria.  It’s a good idea to combine this with 100% cotton socks so that your feet can breathe.  Another combo you can consider is odor absorbing insoles.

3.   Try Kava Kava

To eliminate sweaty palms and feet, try drinking Kava Kava.  It is a natural herbal remedy for excessive sweating which works for many people with this condition.  What it does is to help calm your central nervous system which if overactive, would otherwise result in anxious/nervous sweating.  Try drinking this on a daily basis for the best results.

If this isn’t enough for you, there is another natural method for you to try which is extremely effective.  You can have a look at it over here.

Do You Have Overactive Sweat Glands? If So, Check This Out.

Have any overactive sweat glands you need to get under control?  You’re not the only one, 8 million people in America alone have to deal with this excessive sweating problem as well.  It usually starts around adolescence and is quite often an inherited genetic trait.  So what can be done about it?  Well here are a bunch of solutions you can try out:

1.    Hypnosis

Ya, kind of a kooky way to deal with your overactive sweat glands, but believe it or not, in some cases hypnosis has been used successfully to treat it.  What happens first is you are calmed and relaxed and asked to feel each part of your body fall deeper and deeper into a relaxed state.  Then you are made to visualize deep relaxation and finally it is suggested to you that you have already accomplished eliminating your sweating problem.

It’s hard to explain, you have to experience it for yourself, but it is something to consider if you’re open minded.

2.    Wear Button Down Shirts

This is more of a way of managing the excess sweating.  You see, if you wear a t-shirt or polo, it’s hard to get at your armpits to dry them off during the day, but if you have a button down shirt, all you need to do is open up a button or two and wipe yourself with some toilet paper, cloth or napkin.  It allows you easy access so that you don’t feel like a helpless victim to your sweat.

3.    Sweat Shields

Ok, these are something you have to try out!  They will stick to the inside of your shirt under your armpits and absorb any sweat that it comes into contact with.  It’s great for preventing those obvious sweat stains on your underarms.  You can pick them up online at Ebay or Amazon.

Now if you really want to take the next step in dealing with your overactive sweat glands, there are other treatments out there that can get rid of your sweating in as little as two weeks time.  One of the most popular solutions which does a great job at keeping you dry can be found here: click this link to check it out.
