What is Stop Sweating Start Living?Stop Sweating Start Living

It’s a book written by a man by the name of Mike Ramsey, a 37 year old business man documenting how he cured his excessive sweating problem and explaining how you can do the same.  Mike was a sufferer like the rest of us as he describes in his book:

“Earlier in my life, starting in high school, it caused a lot of frustration. I avoided social situations and backed down from potentially embarrassing events such as dances, dates and parties.

And now I was in an office eight to ten hours a day, surrounded by and interacting with colleagues continuously. I was constantly concerned about my underarms – a distraction that caused me to lose hours of productivity every week.”

Desperate for a solution Mike explains how he by chance, at a seminar on natural health, came to a realization as to what was causing his condition.  He then went to work on devising his solution.

Mike further explains: “Within a few weeks, the excessive sweating stopped and has never come back…Using this simple three-step method should stop your underarm sweat problem in less than two weeks.”

Stop Sweating Start Living doesn’t waste any time and gets right to the point as to why you’re sweating and what needs to be done about it.  The solution provided within the book is deceptively simple yet very counter-intuitive.

Stop Sweating Start Living also comes bundled with two additional bonus books:

  • “No-Sweat! The Natural Hyperhidrosis Treatment Program”
  • “Overcome Embarrassing Toenail Fungus”

Stop Sweating Start Living focuses mainly on stopping excessive underarm sweating although they touch on sweaty palms.  The accompanying “No-Sweat” book though helps round out the package, as goes into a lot of depth regarding how to reduce sweating all over your body.

Stop Hyperhidrosis – Or Die Trying!

Looking for a way to stop hyperhidrosis?  By now you probably know that hyperhidrosis is the medical term for excessive sweating, it is also a condition that affects over 8 million people.  There are many things which could have caused it such as endocrine diseases, obesity, menopause, antidepressants, endocrine treatments, central nervous system or psychiatric disorders.

So if you’re dead set to stop hyperhidrosis from pushing you over the edge, here are a few things you can try out:

1.    Take Up Yoga

A lot of the time excessive sweating can be due to a lot of stress or nervous energy, this goes back to the “nervous system disorders”.  So by bringing down your anxiety levels, you can essentially treat your hyperhidrosis.  If you practice it every day, it will help to change your mindset and keep you more at ease throughout the day thus reducing how much you sweat.

2.    Do You Smoke?

If you smoke, quitting can be of great help to you too.  Smoking not only slowly kills you via lung cancer, it also dilates your blood vessels thus increasing your body temperature and causing you to sweat.  Those cigarettes aren’t as relaxing as you would think.

3.    Driclor

Then of course, there is Driclor.  This is a prescription medication so powerful you don’t even have to take it every day for it to be effective.  Just apply it at night making sure your skin is dry and the next morning wake up and wash the area where it was applied.  You don’t need to re-apply after that, you will be good for a day or two.

Now if none of these are powerful enough to stop hyperhidrosis for you, there is an even better all natural solution that works in under 2 weeks.  If you truly want to get rid of your sweating in a safe and effective way, check it out, many people are reporting their successes with it: click here for more info.

Do you have an issue with excessive sweat drenching your shirts, dripping off your forehead, clamming up your hands or soaking your feet?  If so you don’t need to keep suffering, there are ways to manage it so it doesn’t drive you mental, here’s how:

1.    Stop Drinking Pop!

One way to deal with excessive sweat is to totally remove pop from your diet.  Pop is loaded with caffeine, caffeine increases anxiety and this leads to more sweating.  It’s a small change but every little positive change will add up.

2.    Stop Drinking Coffee

For the same reasons as above!  Coffee is a staple in many of our lives, but the caffeine plus the sugar can cause a lot of anxiety and sweating.

3.    Chamomile Oil

Scrub your body with this wherever you need to prevent sweating.  This has been known as an effective anti-sweat product and odor fighter.

4.    Lemon Juice and Baking Soda

This is a good combo for not only managing your sweat but your odor as well.  Rub on the lemon juice first then pack on the baking soda.  The baking soda will absorb the sweat and the lemon will get rid of the odor.

There are several other tricks you can try to deal with your excessive sweat, but these will get you started.  If you really want to take things to the next level though, you’re going to want to try a solution which will cure your sweating rather than manage it.  One of the best solutions you can find right now which gets to the root of your excessive sweating can be found here: click this link to check it out.

Excessive Underarm Sweat

Is your excessive underarm sweat drowning you alive?  Are you at the mercy of your armpits wherever you go?  It’s crazy, it’s as if you’re a prisoner in your own body.  It is so frustrating that many go the route of surgery to get the problem solved.  So what exactly can we do right now to get ourselves in the clear?  Well, try out these solutions:

1.    Eliminate All Spicy Foods

If you want to stop excessive underarm sweat you’re going to have to cut out your love for spicy Indian, Mexican or Chinese food, you’re going to have to cut down on it because it’s causing you to sweat more than you should.  When you eat spicy foods it triggers a reaction in your body, it stimulates your sympathetic nervous system which is what tells your body when to sweat.  The more spicy the food, the more this is triggered and the more you sweat.  So watch what you eat!

2.    Yoga

Seems kinda odd that I would suggest this, but a lot of sweating is caused by anxiety, stress and nervous energy, all of these can be released through practicing yoga regularly.  If you’re a girl, hey, this is the perfect thing for you, yoga is IN.  For guys, well, you’ll be surrounded by women!  For married guys, you too will be SURROUNDED by women, just keep your wedding ring on :)

3.    Kava Kava

Drinking this stuff will do a good job of calming down your nervous system and help keep you relaxed.  Go find some of this at your local health food store and try it out.

These tips will help you with your excessive underarm sweat, but if you’re looking to permanently get rid of the issue, you’ll need something more powerful.  If you want to take things up another notch and really see some good results, click here and check this treatment out..

Stop Underarm Sweat Dead In It’s Tracks!

Want to stop underarm sweat dead in it’s tracks?  If you’re sick and tired of sweating all the time and want a way out I’ve got just the thing for you:

1.    Alcohol And A Cotton Ball?

Yup, just get yourself a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol and you’ve got a home made way to stop underarm sweat.  Just apply the alcohol to the cotton ball and rub it on wherever it is needed.  Keep this up every day consistently if you want to see some results.

2.    Cold Showers

This is a neat little trick.  If you take cold showers regularly, you will find that after you get out you won’t be as prone to sweat.  The reason this is is because the cold water closes up your pores essentially shutting off the taps.  With those valves closed, you don’t sweat as much.  Granted this is only a temporary solution, it’s still something to try out.

3.    Tomato Juice

Tomato juice is another home remedy that will reduce your sweating.  Drink a glass or two of this a day to see some results.  You could try V8, although pure tomato juice is the best solution.

Now if you really want to stop underarm sweat for good instead of just managing it, you will need to try something which packs more of a punch.  If you want an industrial strength solution this one comes highly recommended: click this link to check it out

How To Stop Armpit Sweating

If you’re wondering how to stop armpit sweating, you’re amongst 8 million people worldwide who are wondering the same thing.  This is a condition known as Hyperhidrosis and it sure can be difficult at times to deal with.  Many people who have this condition experience a form of trauma when in social situations.  There is a feeling of self-consciousness, as if being judged by everyone else around you.  So considering all this, what can be done about it? Here are some solutions to try out…

One way how to stop armpit sweating is by simply changing the way you dress.  You see by wearing more natural fibres, your body will be less constricted and able to breathe better thus stopping some excess sweating.  Good fibres to wear are 100% wool and cotton.  Polyester, nylon and corduroy are big no-no’s.  Also, try not wearing dark colors too much.  Although they are good at camouflaging the sweat stains, they will attract sunlight or even indoor lighting.  What this means is that in the end, you’re going to sweat even more.  So sticking to lighter colored shirts will help to reduce your sweating.

One last way how to stop armpit sweating would be to change your diet.  The types of foods you eat can cause you to sweat more as a side-effect.  Cutting out spicy foods will help, especially if you are used to eating them regularly.  On a related note, eating less and losing weight will help you to sweat less too!  The more fat tissue we have on our bodies, the more we impede our bodies ability to regulate it’s temperature…that is why we sweat in the first place!  Lose a few pounds if you have any to lose :)

BTW, There is a great and natural way to stop excessive sweating that have helped many people that you should check out.  Have a look at it by clicking this link.

Have A Sweating Problem? It’s No Problem! Here’s The Solution.

July 6, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Do you have a sweating problem you want to put an end to?  Are you tired of being embarrassed everywhere you go about your own body?  It’s a horrible condition to have to live with, but there are people who overcome it and are able to live productive lives.  You can be one of them, here’s how.

1.    Liposuction

Yup, you can get rid of your sweating problem with liposuction believe it or not!  It’s good for getting rid of fat and also sucking up sweat glands.  What happens is a tube is inserted through an incision in your skin and dragged along the inside where your sweat glands usually lie.  These glands are then sucked up and out of your system for good meaning you’re not going to be sweating from there any more.  Now you may need a few follow up treatments to get it all, but this is one sure-fire way of getting the job done.

2.    Botox

Ya, I know what you’re thinking, this is usually for getting rid of wrinkles, but it also does a number on sweating.  When injected, it prevents your sympathetic nerves from telling your sweat glands to have at it.  It’s not permanent, it lasts 6-12 months and it does cost around $700, but about 80% of people find this reduces their sweating.

3.    Sweat Pads

Here’s a less obtrusive solution.  Get sweat pads.  They are adhesive pads that you put into your shirt near the underarms which catch all your sweat.  They’re pretty handy!  You can find these things on Ebay or Amazon.com.

Now if you want to put an end to your sweating problem in a safe way, that is not so intrusive, there is hope for you.  There are a few all natural solutions available which have cured thousands of their excessive sweating, you just have to know where to look.  I’ve done that foot work for you though, if you want to check it out, this is one of the best solutions: click here to check it out.

How To Stop Armpit Sweating – 3 Proven Ways To Nixx The Sweat

July 3, 2017 by · Leave a Comment

Interested in figuring out how to stop armpit sweating?  Nothing is worse than being all sweaty in public and not being able to do anything about it.  It’s socially crippling!  It’s no wonder so many people go the route of surgery to solve the problem.  But what we’re going to go over is not only surgical solutions but all natural solutions as well.  Here are some options to consider:

1.    Botox Injections

This is one way how to stop armpit sweating but it is a bit intrusive.  What happens is you have botox, otherwise known as “botulinum toxin” injected into your underarms 20-30 times per armpit.  The botox works by interrupting your sympathetic nerves ability to tell your sweat glands to sweat.  When this happens, you stop sweating, simple!  The only thing is it is expensive and the treatment only lasts 6 months on average.

2.     Rubbing Alcohol

Another way to manage sweating is with some standard rubbing alcohol and some cotton balls.  Just wet the cotton balls with the rubbing alcohol and rub that onto the armpits.  This will work by constricting the size of your pores and preventing sweat from escaping so readily.  This will last you a couple of hours.

3.     Take More Cold Showers

Now this is more for temporary relief but if you get in the habit of taking cold showers, you will be able to shrink your pores much like with the rubbing alcohol and prevent yourself from sweating too much for up to half an hour later.  If you don’t want to take your whole shower cold, just turn the water cold near the end of the shower for a couple of minutes.

So if you want to learn how to stop armpit sweating, these tips should help you out and get you moving in the right direction.  If however you were looking for a more powerful and permanent solution, you’re not out of luck.  One of the most potent solutions is all natural and works within 2 weeks.  To check it out, click on this link.
