When you’ve got a bad case of excessive sweating, you’ll bend over backwards for a good hyperhydrosis treatment. The problem is most of the methods don’t do much at all to help the situation, I’ve been there!  You try solution after solution, but they all seem to be made for people other than yourself, you start to wonder if maybe you’re some sort of special case, that there is nothing that will work for you.  There are solutions though if you’re one of those tough cases for whom sweating just seems like a losing battle and that solution is surgery.

Underarm Perspiration

If you’re looking to stop underarm perspiration, then you know all too well the horrors of excessive sweating.  For most of us it hit right around puberty, as if that weren’t a difficult enough time as it is.  It’s not exactly a well known disorder so initially you’re left wondering “What’s wrong with me?”, “No one else is sweating this much, is this serious, am I going to have to see a doctor?”…Ugh, too embarrassing!

Although maybe not as embarrassing as it was for poor Steve Ballmer over here, chief executive officer of Microsoft.  This guy got really carried away
with his presentation and worked up a fierce sweat!  The video became viral and is pretty much all over Youtube!  For some of us being made fun of or pointed out for our excessive sweating is one of the worst things which could happen to us.

So is there a way for us to stop underarm perspiration and avoid embarrassment?

The good news is yes, there most definitely is.  One of the first things you’re going to want to do is prevent your condition from being so obvious.  A great way to do that is with sweat pads.

What are they?

Well, they’re simply adhesive and absorbent pads you stick to the inside of your shirt to prevent sweat from getting through and staining your clothes.  You can pick these up online, just do a search for “sweat pads”.  These pads come in the washable or disposable variety and are relatively inexpensive.

To really stop underarm perspiration though, you’ll want to get to the root of the problem and you can do that with sage tea.  Sage tea is made by bringing a cup of water to a boil and steeping a tablespoon of sage leaves in the water.  Leave those leaves in for 5-10 minutes but no longer, toxins begin to seep out if left for too long!  Just strain it and drink it, you can add a lemon slice or some honey for taste.

If you don’t want to take the risk with the toxins in the sage though, there is a more natural option that is even more potent: Click Here to see it

Excessive Sweating Problem – 3 Killer Tips To Get It Under Control!

Do you have an excessive sweating problem you just can’t seem to shake?  If your sweating is getting you down emotionally and you feel like you’re at wits end, I’ve got some tips for you which may turn the tide.  Check them out:

1.    Diet and Exercise!

If you have an excessive sweating problem, one of the best ways to bring it down to more manageable levels is through exercise.  Why?  Because the less fat that is on your body, the less you sweat.  Fat acts as a barrier which gets in the way of your body being able to regulate it’s temperature with the outside environment.  So the less fat you have on your body, the easier it is for your body to regulate it’s temperature and the less it needs to sweat.

2.    Lemon Juice + Baking Soda

This solution will not only help with the odor but it will also help absorb excess sweat.  Simply apply some lemon juice to your underarms or even the palms of your hands, your feet or your forehead, then follow that up with some baking soda.  This is a quick, simple and cheap way of handling excessive sweating.

3.    Sage Extract + Liquid Chlorophyll

This combo is pretty tough.  Just take a teaspoon of liquid chlorophyll and mix it with a few drops of sage extract.  Drink this down and repeat daily.

Now if you really want to attack your excessive sweating problem and get rid of it 100%, you’ll need to employ more potent methods than this.  If you’re sick of your sweating and just want it taken care of without the hassle, this is one of the most powerful solutions out right now: check it out.

Hands Sweating? End The Curse With These 3 Killer Tips!

Want to know what to do with your hands sweating all the time?  It’s one of the most socially embarrassing forms of sweating because every time you go to shake someone’s hand you have to be weary of how you’re coming across.  It’s even worse if you have to hold hands with someone of the opposite sex, things can really get awkward then!  So how can we prevent these incidents from occurring?  How can we learn to move through life without this stupid fear?  Here are some tips that should help you:

1.    The Wet Water Bottle Trick

One way to deal with your hands sweating all the time is with this sly trick.  Carry around a cold water bottle at all times.  These days, everyone drinks water and it’s not unusual to be toting around a 600ml plastic bottle at all times.  As long as you have that, consider it your life preserver.  If you feel you have wet hands and you know you’re going to be shaking hands real soon, you will have this water bottle on you and use this as your excuse.  All you need to say is:

“oh pardon me, I was just holding onto my water a moment ago.”

And you’re golden.  Nice huh?

2.    Witch Hazel Spray

Another way to deal with your hands sweating is to use some witch hazel on your hands, just spray it on, it will close up your pores and make it more difficult for the sweat to break through.

3.    Talcum Powder

Simple talcum powder is another solution, it will absorb any sweat that does actually break through.  You can even use this as a follow up to the witch hazel, it’s a good combo.

Now these tricks will help you out, but for the most part they will act as a band aid solution to the problem.  To really stop worrying about your sweating you need to get to the root of the problem and only a few treatments can do that.  There is one such treatment though that has been used for even hands sweating with great success and is an all natural solution to boot.  If you want to end the sweating for good, click on this link for more info.

Excessive Sweating Remedies

Need some excessive sweating remedies that actually work?  There are plenty of solutions out there, but it’s hard to find one that works really well.  I’ve compiled a list of some solutions, one of which should do the trick for you.  Go through and pick out whichever vibes with you:

1.    Bye Bye Sugar

This is one of the more difficult to stick with excessive sweating remedies, but it certainly does help.  For those of you who experience nervous sweating or sweating due to anxiety, cutting out sugar from your diet will help a lot.  That means no more sugar with your coffee, no sweets or deserts, you can have some fruit, but only in moderation.  If you’re going to take fruit, make sure it’s in the morning.  This solution isn’t for everyone but is worth giving a go.

2.    More Water Please?

You would think that by drinking more water, you’ll be gushing sweat all over the place, but no!  Drinking extra water is only going to cool off your body and keep it operating at peak performance.  Just make sure it’s cold water as that helps your body regulate it’s body temperature, which in turn means less sweating since that is your body’s main way of cooling down.

3.    Wheat Grass

Ever heard of this stuff?  It’s loaded with many different types of vitamin B and vitamin B has been found to help reduce excessive sweating.  So drinking a cup or two of this a day should yield you some results after a week or two.

Any of the above excessive sweating remedies will do you some good, but if you want a more powerful and permanent solution, you’re going to have to whip out some bigger guns.  One of the most potent solutions cuts your sweating down significantly in only two weeks.  You can check it out for yourself here: click here.

Hand Sweating – Get It Under Control! Here’s How…

Would you like to get your hand sweating under control?  Sweaty palms can be really embarrassing because it’s not like someone sees you being sweaty, they actually can feel you being sweaty which seems to generate a stronger reaction.  It’s really embarrassing when you shake hands with someone and you can see on their face that they sensed your hand was all wet!  So how do we stop this?  Try out these tips:

1.    Drink Sage

This will not only help with your hand sweating issue, but sweating all over.  Just get the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of sage powder or 1 tablespoon of sage leaves
  • 1 lemon

What you’re going to do is bring the water to a boil.  Once you’ve done that, steep the sage in the water for about 5-10 minutes.  Don’t overdo it since it can lead to toxins being released from the sage.  It’s a delicate balance.  Sip this throughout the day and your palms in time will be noticeably less sweaty.

2.    Botox Injections

Ok, this solution is a little more extreme, but it works extremely well.  You see, botox interrupts your sympathetic nervous system’s ability to communicate with your own sweat glands.  When this happens, you don’t sweat.  So what you can do is head to a specialist and have about 20-30 injections of botox done into each palm.  This will put an end to all sweating but it will only last you around 6 months.  It is also quite expensive, plus you will have some momentary discomfort with the needle.

Dealing with your hand sweating all the time can be a pain, but if neither of these solutions are quite for you, there is a more powerful and natural solution you can try out.  It’s one of the most popular solutions currently out and it has helped out over 7000 people thus far.  To check it out for yourself, click on this link.
