Armpit Sweating – Want To Stop It? Here’s How.

Is your armpit sweating getting to be a little excessive for you?  This is a condition known as hyperhidrosis and it affects over 8 million people in America alone.  Now if you want to do something about it, there are ways to get rid of it, try out these techniques and you will start to see results:

1.    Drink Some Sage Tea

Sage tea is a powerful to deal with your armpit sweating.  What you need to do is bring 250ml of water to a boil.  Once you have this, take 1 tablespoon of sage leaves, or a teaspoon of sage powder and steep that in the water for a good 5-10 minutes.  Once done, drain it and drink it, preferably with a lime or honey for taste.

Now it should be noted there are some potential side effects like dry mouth, irritation, and high blood pressure.  It also contains a chemical called “thujone” which is toxic if you consume too much of it.  Now while this is a really effective cure, you just need to keep this in mind before you try it.

One great way to reduce your armpit sweating is by exercising and losing a few extra pounds of fat.  Fat acts as an insulator and gets in the way of the body’s ability to control it’s temperature with the outside environment.  The less fat that stands in the way, the less your body will sweat.  When losing weight it helps big time to combine weight lifting with cardio.
