Need to find a way to manage your sweating problems?  There are a bunch of ways you can do it, some methods work well for some, but not as well for others, it’s all about finding what works best with your body.  Of course the only way to figure that out is to try a lot of different things.  So on that note, here are a bunch of things for you to try out:

1.    Oral Medications

If you have sweating problems, you can treat it with prescription medications.  A lot of the medications work on the principle of blocking the chemical comound “acetyl choline”.  Why?  Because this is what is responsible for excessive sweating.  Some of the treatments include oxybutynin, glycopyrrolate, benztropine and propantheline bromide.  The only problem is these can often times bring about a lot of adverse side-effects which is why it’s not a popular method of treatment.  To find out more about this consult with your doctor.

2.    Get Your Zinc

Adding zinc to your diet is going to help you reduce a lot of the odor associated with sweating.  Eating things like nuts, veggies, whole grains and turkey are just some such foods.  You’ll also want to stay away from odor causing foods such as garlic and fish.

3.    Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is one of the best herbal supplements you can take for your sweating.  It comes in a powdered form which you just need to add water to.  If you can’t find it in stores you can find it off of Ebay or Amazon.  Drinking a glass or two of this a day is not only going to help keep you dry, but it’s also really good for your health.

Now if you still have sweating problems after all this or if you’re looking for a more powerful and permanent solution, you’re going to need to bring out the big guns.  There are only a few treatments out there that can completely cure you to the point that you don’t even think about your sweating any more.  This is one of them: click here for more info.

Excessive Body Sweating - Is There A Way To Stop It?

Are you looking to take care of your excessive body sweating?  If the sweating is not just in one area but all over, here are a couple of solutions you can start putting in place that will keep you dry:

1.    Sage Capsules & Tea

This will take care of your excessive body sweating, big time.  It is an all natural herbal solution.  It can be taken in capsule form or as a tea and can start showing results in as little as 2 hours after ingestion.  If you get the capsules, just supplement with them according to the directions, which depending on the concentration is going to be 1-3 capsules per day.  If you’re going for the tea though, you can either buy ready made tea bags, or steep your own tea.

If you plan on making your own tea, here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • Get 1 tablespoon of sage leaves
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1 cup of water

Once you have all this, boil the water and then steep the sage leaves in it for 5-10 minutes.  Once done, strain, add the lemon for taste and drink.  This can be toxic if you overstep or drink too much, so be careful.

2.    Cut The Sugar Out

Sugar is another thing which can contribute to sweating all over the body.  Sugar increases anxiety and causes hyperactivity.  So make sure you cut out all the sweets, cakes and deserts you eat as well as fruit juices.

The above tips will help you conquer your excessive body sweating, but if you really want to put a permanent stop to your sweating, you’re going to need a treatment that is more powerful.  One of the better ones out there that is gaining in popularity can eliminate your sweating in under two weeks time. You can learn more about it by clicking on this link.

Cure For Sweating - 2 Sure-Fire Cures, But Are You Up To It?

Is there a cure for sweating?  Sweating absolutely sucks but is it possible that a cure for this can exist?  The truth is that you don’t have to keep suffering; there are ways to keep it under control.  Here are a few of them:

1.    Lipo

Lipo as in liposuction, yup, it’s a cure for sweating as well.  What happens is an incision is made near the area where the sweat glands are to be “sucked out”, and the sucker is then inserted in and scraped along the inside.  This sucks out most of the sweat glands in one go, although follow up treatments may be needed.  One potential side-effect to this is the creation of stretch marks though.  Not only will the glands be sucked up, but it’s possible some of your skin will be too.  Just something to keep in mind if this is something you’re considering.

2.    Botox

The great thing about botox injections is they can not only help with underarm sweating but sweating of the palms, feet and head!  What happens is botox is injected to interfere with your nerves ability to signal your sweat glands.  When this happens you have a reduction in sweat.  This lasts anywhere from 6-12 months but the surgery can be expensive.

Now if you want to look into another cure for sweating which isn’t as invasive as these methods, there are some other candidates which are just as effective.   There is one safe and all natural solution which has been gaining in popularity, it can only be found on the internet…There are quite a few people who swear by it.  If you want to read more about it, click here for more information.

How Can I Stop Sweating?

“How Can I Stop Sweating???” I’m sure you’ve asked yourself this question on many occasions in different ways…You know you’re frustrated when you’re talking to yourself :)

Well, if we’re going to break it down, there are essentially 2 main ways for you to stop sweating.  You can either use topical treatments or systemic treatments.  Pretty much every treatment falls into one of those two categories…have a look at the following:

Q: How Can I Stop Sweating? - Answer #1: Topical Treatments

Topical treatments involve all products you would apply directly to the skin to stop sweating.  The main one being over the counter antiperspirants containing aluminum chloride at 15-20%.  Aluminum chloride is the active ingredient which prevents the sweat from breaking through your skin.

Examples:  Certain Dri, Driclor, Mitchum, Hydrosal

The next step up in topical treatments is to get a prescription antiperspirant.  These contain the active ingredient aluminum chloride in concentrations between 20-40%!  If you go this route, speak to your Doctor about what your options are.  But one of the most popular prescription antiperspirants is Drysol.  You can also get a gel based antiperspirant which can be used on the face, hands and feet which is prescription(20-40%) by speaking to your Doctor.

Q: How Can I Stop Sweating? - Answer #2:  Systemic Treatments

Systemic treatments really get to the root of the problem in that they influence your systemic nervous system.  You see, your systemic nerves near your armpit signal your sweat glands to excrete sweat.  In those of us with Hyperhidrosis, these nerves tend to get a little trigger happy and cause us to sweat a bit too much.

One thing you can take to keep this under control are oral medications like anticholinergics, beta blockers, sedatives or tranquilizers.  Tranquilizers and sedatives work mainly in cases where the sweating is stress or anxiety related.  For all other cases, you’ll be looking at anticholinergics and beta blockers.

The only thing is with these treatments, there are many documented side-effects like dry-mouth, dizziness, constipation, problems sleeping and several others.  It’s for this reason you want to consider pills only after trying everything else.

It’s best you try a natural method first such as Stop Sweating and Start Living, this has worked well for thousands of people with sweating problems.  To check this treatment method out, click on this link.
