Cure For Sweating - 2 Sure-Fire Cures, But Are You Up To It?

Is there a cure for sweating?  Sweating absolutely sucks but is it possible that a cure for this can exist?  The truth is that you don’t have to keep suffering; there are ways to keep it under control.  Here are a few of them:

1.    Lipo

Lipo as in liposuction, yup, it’s a cure for sweating as well.  What happens is an incision is made near the area where the sweat glands are to be “sucked out”, and the sucker is then inserted in and scraped along the inside.  This sucks out most of the sweat glands in one go, although follow up treatments may be needed.  One potential side-effect to this is the creation of stretch marks though.  Not only will the glands be sucked up, but it’s possible some of your skin will be too.  Just something to keep in mind if this is something you’re considering.

2.    Botox

The great thing about botox injections is they can not only help with underarm sweating but sweating of the palms, feet and head!  What happens is botox is injected to interfere with your nerves ability to signal your sweat glands.  When this happens you have a reduction in sweat.  This lasts anywhere from 6-12 months but the surgery can be expensive.

Now if you want to look into another cure for sweating which isn’t as invasive as these methods, there are some other candidates which are just as effective.   There is one safe and all natural solution which has been gaining in popularity, it can only be found on the internet…There are quite a few people who swear by it.  If you want to read more about it, click here for more information.

Stop Hyperhidrosis

Want to know how to stop hyperhidrosis?  The answer may be a little much for you.  You see, while there are a lot of treatments out there to stop excess sweating, not all of them work too well and the ones that do work tend to be quite extreme.  What do I mean by that?  Well, let’s take a look at one of your best options so you can see what I mean.

1.    ETS Surgery

ETS surgery is one of the best ways to stop hyperhidrosis.  This is a surgical procedure which involves making incisions in the back, inserting a camera in there, in between the ribcage and locating your sympathetic nerves.  Once found, they are then burned or clamped.  If they are burned, they are destroyed forever and will no longer send signals to your sweat glands to sweat.  Clamping is not as permanent, which in a way is good.  Why would I say that is good?

Well the truth is, even though this surgery is over 98% effective in reducing sweating, there are complications that arise.  Namely, there is compensatory sweating.  That is sweating on places like your back, and your stomach to make up for not being able to sweat from your underarms.  Some people find this is even worse than sweating from your underarms and there are horrible pics out on the net which show this unfortunate result.

So while you can stop hyperhidrosis, it’s a matter of whether you’re willing to roll the dice.  Are you willing to take the risk of getting compensatory sweating?  Are you willing to go under the knife and permanently destroy your nerves in your body?  It’s quite the decision to make

If that is too intense for you, there are safer solutions that are surprisingly just as effective.  There aren’t many of them, but I’ve done the leg work and thus far, the best all natural cure can be found here: click this link to check it out

Armpit Sweating - Will It Ever End?

Lets face it, armpit sweating sucks, especially when you have no way to cover it and people start noticing.  It’s one thing if it’s a very hot day out and you can use that as an excuse, but indoors, at work, at school where there is no reason to be sweaty, that’s where it gets real embarrassing.  So how can we handle situations like this?  Well, here are some solutions:

1.    Drink Tomato Juice

Tomato juice for armpit sweating?   Yup!  Drinking a glass of tomato juice each day will help you to reduce the amount you sweat.  It may not be too tasty, but it’s worth giving a shot to see if it works well for you.

2.    Buttermilk Anyone?

If the tomato juice wasn’t to your liking, try drinking buttermilk on a daily basis as well.  This is another all natural remedy which will cut down the amount you sweat.

3.    Cornstarch Is Your Friend

Cornstarch is great because it does a really good job of absorbing sweat.  Just apply it directly to your underarms and it should keep you dry for some time.

4.    Just Lose The Weight!

Are you packing a couple of extra pounds?  Losing weight can really help you to stop sweating because the less fat on your body, the easier it is for your body to regulate it’s temperature.  Fat gets in the way of this natural process so the less you have on you, the less you sweat, it’s that simple.

Now if none of these ways of reducing armpit sweating seem appealing to you, there are other more powerful options available.  It is possible to be sweat free in as little as two weeks so long as you have the right program in your hands.  This is one of the most popular and effective ones available right now: click here to check it out

Excessive Foot Sweating - What You Need To Keep Your Feet Dry

Do you have a problem with excessive foot sweating?  Underarm sweating is what is usually talked about on most other sites, but what can be done if you’ve got some sweaty feet to take care of?  Well, I’ve compiled a list of solutions if you find yourself dealing with this which should help you out in your day to day life, check these tips out:

1.    Use Witch Hazel & Talcum Powder

Using witch hazel to treat excessive foot sweating is good because it’s going to constrict your pores and make it harder for sweat to drip out.  Not only that but the sweat that does drip out will just be absorbed by the talcum powder if you use this in conjunction with the witch hazel.  It’s a powerful two part solution.

2.    Wear The Right Socks

One key reason for sweaty feet is due to improper ventilation.  A lot of dress socks do not allow the feet to breath and thus leave them all sweaty at the end of the day.  The way around this is to only use 100% cotton or wool socks.  Pay attention the next time you pick up your socks to what the fabrics are, stay away from synthetic fibers.  This tip alone can significantly decrease sweating.

3.    Antiperspirant Gel

This is great because it’s not made just for the underarms, it can be used all over.  Just squeeze some gel out and apply a thin layer to your feet before you head out for the day.  You should be able to find it at a local drugstore, but if not, they can be found on either Ebay or Amazon.

Excessive foot sweating can be a pain, but these solutions should make things more bearable for you.  If you are looking for a more permanent solution though, there are many more potent solutions you can put to work for yourself from this book: click here for more info.

Are sweating hands preventing you from getting out there and enjoying your life?  Are they limiting you in your social interactions?  You’re not alone, over 8 million people suffer from the condition known as hyperhidrosis and many of them do not find a solution for it their entire life!  But it doesn’t have to be that way for you, here are some ways for you to deal with the situation.

1.    Iontophoresis

This is one of the best treatments for sweating hands that’s out there.  It involves using an iontophoresis machine to send an electric current to 2 pans filled with water.  Now what you do is place your hands in the pans and the small electric current causes the minerals in the water to form a protective coating around your hands, preventing sweat from escaping.  This machine can be bought for around $500 online or you can go have it done professionally at a clinic.

2.    A Good Cover

This is a good way to cover up your condition in an inconspicuous way.  Always carry around a cold/wet bottle of water.  That way if you ever have to shake hands with anyone you have an excuse!  “Oh, sorry, I’ve just been holding this water here”.  It’s brilliant and I’ve used it several times successfully.

3.    Wipe, Wipe, Wipe

There’s one sure-fire way to get your hands dry and that is to wipe them on a napkin you can carry around in your pocket.  It’s a simple solution but one you must have.

Now the above techniques should help you deal with sweating hands, but if you truly want to end the problem altogether, you’re going to need to try out something more powerful.  There is a popular all natural solution which can clear up your sweating in as little as two weeks and this includes palm sweating.  It’s definitely worth a look: click here to check it out

Want to learn how to stop underarm sweating fast?  If you’ve been searching around for any length of time, you know how there are plenty of solutions out there but very few actually end up being effective.  This is why I’ve written up this post.  If you’ve had trouble with solutions in the past, this one solution should really do the trick for you.  If you’re struggling, you need to try…

Drinking Some Sage!

Yes, sage!  If you’ve been wondering how to stop underarm sweating, this is your answer.  It’s been used for centuries as a curative herb and by harnessing it’s power you can cut your sweating by as much as 30%.   Here’s what you need to get:

  • A cup of water
  • A tablespoon of sage leaves or a teaspoon of sage powder
  • Honey

Now just throw the cup of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.  Once you’ve done that, take it off the stove and pour it into a mug.

Next you want to steep the sage leaves or sage powder in the water.  You do not want to steep any longer than 10 minutes though as this may result in toxins being released from the sage.

Once you’re done steeping, add some honey for flavor and sip this throughout the day.

Again, if you haven’t had success to this point, you should try this out.  But if even this doesn’t do the trick, don’t worry, there are other ways how to stop underarm sweating that are even more potent.  One of the most powerful solutions you can find on the Internet today is an all natural solution which stops all sweating within two weeks.  To read more about it, Click Here.

1.    Wear The Right Socks!

Certain fabrics are more breathable than others, you mainly want to be wearing cotton socks, so cut out any nylon, rayon or any other unnatural fibered sock.  This one tip can make a huge difference on it’s own, believe me, try switching to only cotton socks.

2.    For The Ladies In Heels…

Ladies, if you need more traction when in high heels, this one’s for you, head over to Payless shoes and pick up some inserts for your shoes.  You can pick up inserts that fit in the ball of the foot area and prevent you from slipping out of your heels.  If you don’t have that store nearby or they don’t  have it, try looking for these online.

3.    Stock Up On Socks

One final trick you can use is to simply bring more pairs of socks to work with you.  When you get the chance during the day, head over to the washroom and change your socks, it will rejuvenate you and help you get through the rest of the day.  It may seem odd to be doing this, but you get used to it.  Hey, there are people who brush their teeth in public washrooms, so it’s not like we’re alone with our quirks!

Any of these tips will help you get rid of excessive foot sweating, however at best you will be managing it.  If you want a real solution, if you want to never have to worry about excessive sweating ever again, you’re going to want to look into some treatment that packs more of a punch!
