Prevent Sweating

Need some tips to prevent sweating?  I’ve compiled a long list of things for you to go through and try.  Some of these solutions may seem simple, some might seem strange, but they are all techniques which have worked to some degree for someone so they are all worth a shot!  For best results, try several techniques at once.

1. Drink More Water

If you want to prevent sweating, drinking more cold water will help your body to regulate it’s own temperature better, which means you’re going to sweat less.

2. Lose Weight

Even if you’re relatively healthy, the less fat on your body the better.  Fat acts as a barrier that hinders your body from maintaining it’s temperature with the outside environment.  This results in more sweating as sweating is our body’s way of managing our temperature.

3. Drink Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is high in many forms of vitamin B which have helped some to ease their nervous sweating.  You can find this drink online.

4. Stop Drinking Coffee!

Yup, all together!  Coffee is loaded with caffeine and sugar, both of which increase anxiety and cause sweating.  This is a BIG one.  Try cutting this out for a week and replace it with cold water, see how that helps.

5. Stop Drinking

Now it might be fun to get out for a night on the town, but alcohol consumption raises your body temperature which causes you to sweat more.

6. Stop Smoking

Like coffee, smoking also increases anxiety.  It constricts your blood vessels causing excess sweating.

7. Driclor

Use a prescription antiperspirant like Driclor.  This contains aluminum chloride in a concentration twice that found in regular antiperspirants which makes it all the more effective.  Use this if regular antiperspirants don’t do it for you.

If none of these methods appeal to you, most people looking to prevent sweating have ended up going with this solution: Click Here to see it for yourself.

#1…

This first one may be tough for some of you, but it is a natural past time which may be a contributing factor to your sweating.  Everyone does it, when they wake up, while they’re at work, maybe in the evenings after work too, it is rampant!

What am I talking about?

Drinking COFFEE!

Yes, coffee drinking can cause excessive sweating because it contains 2 stimulants, caffeine and sugar.  Both will cause anxiety and hyperactivity which is not good for those of us who are prone to sweating.  If you want to stop under arm sweat, cut this habit out.

#2…

The second thing you’re going to want to do is try drinking Sage.  You may never have heard of this plant, but it has been known to help some people stop their sweating by as much as 50%!  All you have to do is get some sage leaves and steep them in some boiled water for 10 minutes.  Once done, down the concoction.  This will stop under arm sweat in a big way, but you got to be careful not to overdo it, it can be toxic!  If you steep it longer than 10 minutes or drink too much of this it can be dangerous so be careful.

#3…

This is your ace in the hole….But if push comes to shove, move to Atlantis!  Everyone there is just chillin’ underwater and no one will have a clue you’re sweating…plus, there are hot mermaids down there and merMEN! (if you’re into that).

Ok, if that doesn’t work try…

Stop Underarm Sweat Dead In It’s Tracks!

Want to stop underarm sweat dead in it’s tracks?  If you’re sick and tired of sweating all the time and want a way out I’ve got just the thing for you:

1.    Alcohol And A Cotton Ball?

Yup, just get yourself a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol and you’ve got a home made way to stop underarm sweat.  Just apply the alcohol to the cotton ball and rub it on wherever it is needed.  Keep this up every day consistently if you want to see some results.

2.    Cold Showers

This is a neat little trick.  If you take cold showers regularly, you will find that after you get out you won’t be as prone to sweat.  The reason this is is because the cold water closes up your pores essentially shutting off the taps.  With those valves closed, you don’t sweat as much.  Granted this is only a temporary solution, it’s still something to try out.

3.    Tomato Juice

Tomato juice is another home remedy that will reduce your sweating.  Drink a glass or two of this a day to see some results.  You could try V8, although pure tomato juice is the best solution.

Now if you really want to stop underarm sweat for good instead of just managing it, you will need to try something which packs more of a punch.  If you want an industrial strength solution this one comes highly recommended: click this link to check it out

Excessive Foot Sweating - What You Need To Keep Your Feet Dry

Do you have a problem with excessive foot sweating?  Underarm sweating is what is usually talked about on most other sites, but what can be done if you’ve got some sweaty feet to take care of?  Well, I’ve compiled a list of solutions if you find yourself dealing with this which should help you out in your day to day life, check these tips out:

1.    Use Witch Hazel & Talcum Powder

Using witch hazel to treat excessive foot sweating is good because it’s going to constrict your pores and make it harder for sweat to drip out.  Not only that but the sweat that does drip out will just be absorbed by the talcum powder if you use this in conjunction with the witch hazel.  It’s a powerful two part solution.

2.    Wear The Right Socks

One key reason for sweaty feet is due to improper ventilation.  A lot of dress socks do not allow the feet to breath and thus leave them all sweaty at the end of the day.  The way around this is to only use 100% cotton or wool socks.  Pay attention the next time you pick up your socks to what the fabrics are, stay away from synthetic fibers.  This tip alone can significantly decrease sweating.

3.    Antiperspirant Gel

This is great because it’s not made just for the underarms, it can be used all over.  Just squeeze some gel out and apply a thin layer to your feet before you head out for the day.  You should be able to find it at a local drugstore, but if not, they can be found on either Ebay or Amazon.

Excessive foot sweating can be a pain, but these solutions should make things more bearable for you.  If you are looking for a more permanent solution though, there are many more potent solutions you can put to work for yourself from this book: click here for more info.

How To Stop Underarm Sweating

If you’re thinking about how to stop underarm sweating, you should first realize that sweating is our body’s way of regulating our temperature and maintaining the standard 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.  If we did not do this, we would not be able to survive in the elements and suffer from conditions such as heatstroke.  Given this, we must learn instead how to manage our sweating to levels which are easier to live with.  Sweating excessively can be emotionally difficult, worrying if people are noticing the sweat under your arms or worse, noticing them noticing your sweat on you, that is never a good feeling!  Then there’s the possibility of being reminded of it on a daily basis by comments like “Are you OK??”.  Given all this, lets look at ways how to stop underarm sweating.

There are 3 basic ways to stop underarm sweating, the first method is via antiperspirants. When you’re looking foryour antiperspirant, you’re going to want one that dries quickly, and does not leave any residue.  It does not necessarily have to be a dry deoderant stick, you can get gel based ones as well, however for over the counter, have a look at Certain Dri and Driclor.

Other than antiperspirants, there are also oral medications you can try.  What you need to do is find some beta-blockers and anticholinergics, these products will work to block your nervous system from sending signals to yor sweat glands to sweat excessively.  In this sense it really gets to the root of the issue.  The only problem is there are many side effects such as shaking, drymouth, blurred vision and increased heart-rate to name a few.

Lastly, if you’re looking how to stop underarm sweating for good, there is the option of surgery.  This is the most invasive choice and basically involves you getting a sympathectomy.  What happens here is a small camera will be slid in between your ribs through your back to find the nerves which are sending your sweat glands signals to sweat.  Once they are found, they will essentially be destroyed!  This is extremely effective at eliminating most of the sweating, but the surgery is irreversable and can cause you to sweat more in other areas to make up for it.

Most people have at the least tried the antiperspirants but not the other two methods.  I would reccommend if you are not seeing the results you want to try out a more natural solution.  To discover how to eliminate your sweating within 2 weeks naturally, click this link.
