Excessive Foot Sweating – What You Need To Keep Your Feet Dry

Do you have a problem with excessive foot sweating?  Underarm sweating is what is usually talked about on most other sites, but what can be done if you’ve got some sweaty feet to take care of?  Well, I’ve compiled a list of solutions if you find yourself dealing with this which should help you out in your day to day life, check these tips out:

1.    Use Witch Hazel & Talcum Powder

Using witch hazel to treat excessive foot sweating is good because it’s going to constrict your pores and make it harder for sweat to drip out.  Not only that but the sweat that does drip out will just be absorbed by the talcum powder if you use this in conjunction with the witch hazel.  It’s a powerful two part solution.

2.    Wear The Right Socks

One key reason for sweaty feet is due to improper ventilation.  A lot of dress socks do not allow the feet to breath and thus leave them all sweaty at the end of the day.  The way around this is to only use 100% cotton or wool socks.  Pay attention the next time you pick up your socks to what the fabrics are, stay away from synthetic fibers.  This tip alone can significantly decrease sweating.

3.    Antiperspirant Gel

This is great because it’s not made just for the underarms, it can be used all over.  Just squeeze some gel out and apply a thin layer to your feet before you head out for the day.  You should be able to find it at a local drugstore, but if not, they can be found on either Ebay or Amazon.

Excessive foot sweating can be a pain, but these solutions should make things more bearable for you.  If you are looking for a more permanent solution though, there are many more potent solutions you can put to work for yourself from this book: click here for more info.

Are you looking to get rid of excessive foot sweating?  Sweaty feet are not only uncomfortable to have throughout the day but they can also cause some foul smelling odor!  And for you women out there, as if walking in heels wasn’t hard enough, excessive foot sweating doesn’t help the matter any!  So how can we go about reducing the sweating and living a more comfortable lifestyle?

1.    Wear The Right Socks!

Certain fabrics are more breathable than others, you mainly want to be wearing cotton socks, so cut out any nylon, rayon or any other unnatural fibered sock.  This one tip can make a huge difference on it’s own, believe me, try switching to only cotton socks.

2.    For The Ladies In Heels…

Ladies, if you need more traction when in high heels, this one’s for you, head over to Payless shoes and pick up some inserts for your shoes.  You can pick up inserts that fit in the ball of the foot area and prevent you from slipping out of your heels.  If you don’t have that store nearby or they don’t  have it, try looking for these online.

3.    Stock Up On Socks

One final trick you can use is to simply bring more pairs of socks to work with you.  When you get the chance during the day, head over to the washroom and change your socks, it will rejuvenate you and help you get through the rest of the day.  It may seem odd to be doing this, but you get used to it.  Hey, there are people who brush their teeth in public washrooms, so it’s not like we’re alone with our quirks!

Any of these tips will help you get rid of excessive foot sweating, however at best you will be managing it.  If you want a real solution, if you want to never have to worry about excessive sweating ever again, you’re going to want to look into some treatment that packs more of a punch! Sweaty Palms and Feet

If you have to deal with sweaty palms and feet, you know how much of a pain it can be.  Not only is it embarrassing in social situations, but having sweaty hands makes it hard to hold objects at times…sometimes at the worst of times too, like when you’re cutting up some food for dinner!  And for you ladies out there, if you wear heels, sweaty feet can make walking on heels treacherous!  If you have either of these problems, here are a few things you can do to minimize your discomfort:

1.   Take up Yoga

Yes….Yoga.  Yoga will help to relax your body and mind and by being in a more relaxed state, you will tend to sweat less.  This is more of a lifestyle change though as you need to practice yoga frequently to reap these benefits.  But the good news is, Yoga is fun!  Take up a Yoga class and not only will you help reduce sweaty palms and feet, but you’ll meet new people and relieve a lot of stress.

2.   Use Some Foot Powder

Buy some foot powder from a store it will help keep your feet drier and also eliminate any odor causing bacteria.  It’s a good idea to combine this with 100% cotton socks so that your feet can breathe.  Another combo you can consider is odor absorbing insoles.

3.   Try Kava Kava

To eliminate sweaty palms and feet, try drinking Kava Kava.  It is a natural herbal remedy for excessive sweating which works for many people with this condition.  What it does is to help calm your central nervous system which if overactive, would otherwise result in anxious/nervous sweating.  Try drinking this on a daily basis for the best results.

If this isn’t enough for you, there is another natural method for you to try which is extremely effective.  You can have a look at it over here.

Excessive Foot Sweating

For those of you who have issues with Excessive Foot Sweating, I have some tips that are going to help make it more manageable for you on a day to day basis.  Dealing with sweaty feet can making walking about extremely uncomfortable.  It becomes a relief at the end of the day to FINALLY take off your socks, at which point they are just drenched in sweat!  It doesn’t have to be that bad though, there are certain things you can do to greatly minimize uncomfortable foot sweating.

Firstly what you’re going to want to do is only wear 100% cotton socks!  This is especially important for you guys with excessive foot sweating.  A lot of dress socks guys wear are not 100% cotton and make the situation a lot worse.  The fibers are not breathable and at the end of the day you can almost hear the wetness as you rub your toes together inside of your shoes.  Wearing cotton socks greatly helps the situation!  They may be thicker than your usual dress socks but they will be a definite help in eliminating your excessive foot sweating.

This other tip can literally double or triple your relief from foot sweating on a daily basis and it is so simple to do.  Granted, this is going to take a little bit more planning on your part as well as privacy, but once you get used to doing it, it will provide you with A LOT more relief.

All you need to do is simply bring an extra pair or two of socks with you to work!  Just find yourself some time during the day to replace your socks with a clean and dry pair and you’ll reduce the amount of discomfort you feel throughout the day.  You can do it discreetly during lunch or just excuse yourself to the washroom and do it there.

The best program I have found with helps eliminate not only excessive foot sweating but ALL sweating by up to 95% is Stop Sweating Start Living.  If you’re serious about fixing this issue once and for all, I’d highly recommend you have a look at it by clicking this link.
