Treatment For Excessive Sweating - 3 Ultra Rare Tips!

Need a treatment for excessive sweating that’s going to keep you dry?  Well, I’ve been on the lookout for some rare solutions and I’ve found a couple.  If you feel like you’ve tried it all or are just interested in knowing what your options are, here’s what you may consider:

1.    Acupuncture

Acupuncture as a treatment for excessive sweating?  You betcha.  It may sound a bit out there or New Agey, but it’s definitely something to consider.  Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese practice in which super thin needles are inserted into the skin to stimulate certain points on the body.  It doesn’t hurt, in fact you will likely enjoy the experience.  Just make sure you get it done by a licensed practitioner who knows how to do “Hyperhidrosis Acupuncture”, check out a place like “acufinder.com” for people who practice it in your area.

2.    St. John’s Wort

This is an herb that has long been used to treat anxiety and depression.  Taking this is going to help keep you more calm and relaxed and thus less likely to sweat.  You can find it at your local health store or online if you’d like.

3.    Cyprus Oil

Cyprus oil is going to act as an astringent which means it’s going to shrink up your blood vessels and in so doing reduce the amount that you end up sweating.  How does this work?  Well, if we were to do the opposite which is dilate the blood vessels we’d end up getting more blood flowing and thus an increase in body temperature.  By doing the opposite we end up cooling the body down resulting in less sweating.

Regardless of which treatment for excessive sweating you go with, just make sure you stay consistent with it.  If you’re wanting to take things to the next level though and really put an end to your sweating, you will need a more powerful solution.  One of the best you can find online is right here: click here to check it out.

Stop Excessive Sweating

Want to stop excessive sweating from weighing you down, with your own sweat?  It’s never fun to break out into a noticeable sweat and to feel everyone’s eyes on you.  You know that feeling where you know that they know?  Ya, it sucks.  So to keep that horrible feeling away, be sure you take proper precautions, try out these tips to ensure you’re dry:

1.    Use Sweat Pads

Sweat pads are a great way to stop excessive sweating, they’re fool proof!  They’ve got some adhesive you just stick to the insides of your shirts and they just stay there and soak up any excess sweat so it doesn’t stain your shirt, brilliant!  You can get them in the throw away variety or washable, it’s up to you.

2.    Drysol

This is a prescription solution that is effective in over 80% of those who try it.  This can have up to 40% aluminum chloride which is the active anti-sweat ingredient in most antiperspirants, so it definitely packs a punch.

3.    Sage

This is a very potent way to stop excessive sweating.  Just bring a cup of water to a boil, then once you’ve got that, place 1 tablespoon of sage leaves or 1 teaspoon of sage powder in it to steep.  Do this for 5-10 minutes then drain it, you don’t want it to steep for too long as toxins can be released from the sage, it’s a delicate balance.  But sipping this in one go or throughout the day will drastically cut down on your sweating.

Now while these are all going to help you stop excessive sweating, if you truly want a permanent solution and not just a band aid one, you’re going to have to whip out the big guns.  So if you don’t want to constantly have this sweating issue in the back of your head, you need to check this long term solution out.

Excessive Sweating Remedies

Need some excessive sweating remedies that actually work?  There are plenty of solutions out there, but it’s hard to find one that works really well.  I’ve compiled a list of some solutions, one of which should do the trick for you.  Go through and pick out whichever vibes with you:

1.    Bye Bye Sugar

This is one of the more difficult to stick with excessive sweating remedies, but it certainly does help.  For those of you who experience nervous sweating or sweating due to anxiety, cutting out sugar from your diet will help a lot.  That means no more sugar with your coffee, no sweets or deserts, you can have some fruit, but only in moderation.  If you’re going to take fruit, make sure it’s in the morning.  This solution isn’t for everyone but is worth giving a go.

2.    More Water Please?

You would think that by drinking more water, you’ll be gushing sweat all over the place, but no!  Drinking extra water is only going to cool off your body and keep it operating at peak performance.  Just make sure it’s cold water as that helps your body regulate it’s body temperature, which in turn means less sweating since that is your body’s main way of cooling down.

3.    Wheat Grass

Ever heard of this stuff?  It’s loaded with many different types of vitamin B and vitamin B has been found to help reduce excessive sweating.  So drinking a cup or two of this a day should yield you some results after a week or two.

Any of the above excessive sweating remedies will do you some good, but if you want a more powerful and permanent solution, you’re going to have to whip out some bigger guns.  One of the most potent solutions cuts your sweating down significantly in only two weeks.  You can check it out for yourself here: click here.

Compensatory Sweating

January 13, 2010 by admin · 1 Comment

Hey Guys and Gals,

If you’re considering getting surgery done for your excessive sweating, it is important to consider the possibility of compensatory sweating.  What is compensatory sweating?  It is excessive sweating in other areas of the body(usually the chest or back) in response to not being able to sweat from your underarms due to surgery.

With Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy surgery, incisions are made in your back to gain access to your sympathetic nerves.  These nerves which signal your sweat glands to excrete sweat are essentially burned…DESTROYED.  Now this usually results in a drastic decrease in sweating from your underarms, over 98%, however, it can lead to excessive sweating elsewhere as you will see here:

Scary huh?

Before you jump on the surgery bandwagon it is important you understand these serious risks involved.  For those who have adverse effects like this, the surgery is IRREVERSIBLE!! They are doomed to deal with the compensatory sweating the rest of their life and if you live in a hot climate you will be at risk of heatstroke!

This is why it is imperative you seek out natural methods first.  Do not even consider this unless you have exhausted all your natural options… and if you actually do what I just said, you will never wind up having surgery done because there are powerful natural methods which cure you without you having to even go under the knife!  One of the best natural solutions that rivals ETS surgery in terms of effectiveness can be found by clicking on this link.

Looking for some excessive sweating remedies?  If you’re frustrated with your sweating condition there is hope, I’ve got a bunch of solutions here for you to try out, some of them you likely have never heard of before.  So if you’ve just about had it and willing to do something about it, here are some great tips for you to start putting to work for yourself:

1.    Witch Hazel

One of the rarer excessive sweating remedies, witch hazel can be an effective solution as it constricts your pores, making it harder for sweat to escape from your body.  Just pick up some witch hazel extract and apply it to the troublesome areas.

2.     Vinegar

Another solution which works by closing up the pores is white vinegar.  Just pick some up at your local grocery store and dab some onto your underarms with cotton balls.  This one might leave an unpleasant odor, but nevertheless, it does it’s job.

3.    Cypress Oil

Cypress oil will act as an astringent, which basically means it will constrict your body’s tissues, namely your blood vessels.  How does this help? Well, when your blood vessels are expanded, this results in more blood flow which leads to an increase of temperature and sweating, so it follows that doing the reverse will lead to a lack of sweating.  Try it out and you’ll see for yourself.

Now all of these are great excessive sweating remedies, but if you really want to cure your condition instead of just manage it, you’re going to have to pull out the big guns.  If you’re serious about putting an end to this all, here is an all natural solution which many have found works well: click here to check it out.
