Excessive Body Sweating

So you’ve got excessive body sweating…what can be done??  It’s bad enough to have sweaty armpits but to have it all over your body is all the more worse!  I’m sure you’ve searched high and low and tried many different antiperspirants and sneaky techniques to hide your sweating but nothing has quite worked for you.  I know because I’ve been there.  I’ve been there and it sucked.  But the good news is there are many different ways to manage your sweating easily, you just have to keep trying out different methods until you come across what works well for you.  Here are a few things for you to try out to get your excessive body sweating under control:

1.  Wear Button-Down Shirts

Why?  Because if you’re in a situation where you need to pad down your underarms in a hurry, it’s not too easy to get access to your pits when they’re hidden under a t-shirt or a polo.  With a button down you can easily unbutton a few of the top buttons in time for you to pad out your underarms with a few wads of bathroom toilet paper, I know you’ve done this at least once!

2.  Wear an Undershirt

If you have an excessive sweating problem, you need those extra layers of protection.  Don’t be caught without an undershirt because it WILL SHOW!  It’s also a good idea to bring an extra pair with you to work or to school.  Just change into it discretely whenever possible.  It’s best to do it in a bathroom stall.

3.  Gel Based Antiperspirant

Gel based antiperspirant is great because it can be used not only on your underarms, but a thin coating can be applied to your face, your hands and even your feet!  This makes it a great all around protector.  Some stores provide gel based antiperspirant in the regular stick form.  If you can’t find that, search online and you should be able to find one.

4.  Talcum Powder

Talcum powder is a simple and cheap way to keep you dry and sweat-free.  You can use it anywhere on your body, just put some into your hands and pat it on wherever needed, be it your underarms, your trunk or your feet.
These are just a few tips to help manage your excessive body sweating.  To really get at the root of the problem though and eliminate your excessive sweating, you’ll need to try something a little more powerful.  Click this link for a powerful way to end excessive body sweating.
