Looking for a way to stop hyperhidrosis?  By now you probably know that hyperhidrosis is the medical term for excessive sweating, it is also a condition that affects over 8 million people.  There are many things which could have caused it such as endocrine diseases, obesity, menopause, antidepressants, endocrine treatments, central nervous system or psychiatric disorders.

So if you’re dead set to stop hyperhidrosis from pushing you over the edge, here are a few things you can try out:

1.    Take Up Yoga

A lot of the time excessive sweating can be due to a lot of stress or nervous energy, this goes back to the “nervous system disorders”.  So by bringing down your anxiety levels, you can essentially treat your hyperhidrosis.  If you practice it every day, it will help to change your mindset and keep you more at ease throughout the day thus reducing how much you sweat.

2.    Do You Smoke?

If you smoke, quitting can be of great help to you too.  Smoking not only slowly kills you via lung cancer, it also dilates your blood vessels thus increasing your body temperature and causing you to sweat.  Those cigarettes aren’t as relaxing as you would think.

3.    Driclor

Then of course, there is Driclor.  This is a prescription medication so powerful you don’t even have to take it every day for it to be effective.  Just apply it at night making sure your skin is dry and the next morning wake up and wash the area where it was applied.  You don’t need to re-apply after that, you will be good for a day or two.

Now if none of these are powerful enough to stop hyperhidrosis for you, there is an even better all natural solution that works in under 2 weeks.  If you truly want to get rid of your sweating in a safe and effective way, check it out, many people are reporting their successes with it: click here for more info.
