As someone who’s looking to stop underarm sweating there are several ways for you to tackle the issue.  There’s the antiperspirants, wearing layers of clothing so the sweat stains don’t show through, wearing dark clothing so that the sweat is not as visible to others.  But in addition to these obvious methods, there are a few which you may not have heard of which can be effective and worth trying out:
The first method to stop underarm sweating has you taking in two tablespoons of honey and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.  This combination taken 3 times a day can lead to seeing results in as little as 1 day.  It’s an unusual home remedy which is worth a shot.

Secondly, try supplementing your diet with more vitamin B.  Excessive sweating is due to a deficiency in vitamin B, so the more types of vitamin B you can supplement with the better.  Take in more foods like milk, cheese and eggs which are rich in vitamin B and take a “multi B complex” vitamin which will give you B1, B2, B3 all the way up to B12.

The last method for you to stop underarm sweating is to take up Yoga.   Believe it or not, by taking the time out of the day to relax your mind and body you can reduce anxiety and stress levels which contribute to excessive sweating.  Many people these days have lead a stress filled lifestyle for so long they have forgotten how to live any other way.  Regardless, everyone has some stress that is a contributing factor so sign up for some classes and take time out each day to do some simple Yoga.

There are many ways for you to stop underarm sweating, these are just a few, try them out and see what works best for you.
