So what kinds of sweating treatment methods are out there that actually WORK!?

Chances are you’re here because you’ve tried a bunch of different solutions to no avail and are looking for that secret herbal remedy, or that one special technique which is going to stop sweat in it’s tracks.  While I can’t guarantee any of these will do that for you, it won’t hurt to try these out, that’s the only way you’re going to figure out the best solution for yourself, try as many things out as possible!  With that in mind, here are some tactics you can start with today:

Sweating Treatment #1: Take More Cold Showers

Get into the habit of taking cold showers, it may be tough at first, but you’ll get used to it.  Why should you get used to it?  Well, when you take these cold showers you are closing off all the pores on your body.  This will keep you from sweating too much, at least for a while.  The effects may last half an hour or an hour if you’re lucky, but every little bit helps.

Sweating Treatment #2: Lose Weight!

Yup, believe it.  Weight loss = less sweating.  Why?  Because the more fat you have on your body, the less effective your body is at regulating it’s own temperature with that of it’s surrounding environment.  Fat acts as an insulator and gets in the way of this natural process.  The less fat you have on your body, the better you are going to be at regulating your body temperature.  You see, that is why you sweat in the first place, your body is trying to cool itself down, so the less fat that gets in the way of that process, the better.

Sweating Treatment #3: Watch the Spicy Foods

Eating spicy foods may be fun, but they all stimulate your sympathetic nervous system.  What does that mean?  Well, your sympathetic nervous system is what signals your sweat glands to sweat.  The more signals they receive to do this, the more you sweat.  I’m sure you’ve noticed your body temperature go up a bit after biting down on a spicy chili that was a little too hot.  Chances are you even noticed yourself sweating a bit more in response. So with that in mind, be sure to limit those spicy food dishes as good as they may be.

If none of these techniques did it for you, don’t sweat it!  There is a natural and powerful method which pretty much puts all other techniques to shame.  It’s been used by a few lucky people who have been able to find it online and is helping many people live more normal balanced lives.  To check it out for yourself, click this link.
