Sweating Problems – Put An End To Them Once And For All!

Are your sweating problems starting to get to you?  If you’re sick and tired of sweating through your clothes and worrying about sweating every second of the day, it’s time for a change.  Here are some solutions for you which will make your life a lot more manageable.

1.    Don’t Wear Grey!

If your sweating problems are getting to you, make sure you eliminate grey from your wardrobe.  Why?  Because sweat shows up on grey like a sore thumb, there’s no mistaking it.  I don’t know why this is, but try it out and see for yourself.  It is pretty much the worst color because all the sweat shows through, it’s like a spotlight on your underarms.

2.    Wear the Right Fabrics

There are certain fabrics you want to wear and certain fabrics you don’t want to wear.  The reason for this is some fabrics don’t allow your body to breath and wind up suffocating you, causing excess sweating.  You want to avoid any polyester, corduroy, silk nylon or flannel you find in the stores and you want to instead go for 100% cotton, wool, cashmere or merino.

3.    Not Too Tight!

Another thing to watch out for is clothes that fit too tight.  Tight fitting clothes are an open invitation for sweat.  Get used to wearing clothes that fit a bit more loose than what you’re used to and you’ll notice a difference.

Prevent Sweating

Need some tips to prevent sweating?  I’ve compiled a long list of things for you to go through and try.  Some of these solutions may seem simple, some might seem strange, but they are all techniques which have worked to some degree for someone so they are all worth a shot!  For best results, try several techniques at once.

1. Drink More Water

If you want to prevent sweating, drinking more cold water will help your body to regulate it’s own temperature better, which means you’re going to sweat less.

2. Lose Weight

Even if you’re relatively healthy, the less fat on your body the better.  Fat acts as a barrier that hinders your body from maintaining it’s temperature with the outside environment.  This results in more sweating as sweating is our body’s way of managing our temperature.

3. Drink Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is high in many forms of vitamin B which have helped some to ease their nervous sweating.  You can find this drink online.

4. Stop Drinking Coffee!

Yup, all together!  Coffee is loaded with caffeine and sugar, both of which increase anxiety and cause sweating.  This is a BIG one.  Try cutting this out for a week and replace it with cold water, see how that helps.

5. Stop Drinking

Now it might be fun to get out for a night on the town, but alcohol consumption raises your body temperature which causes you to sweat more.

6. Stop Smoking

Like coffee, smoking also increases anxiety.  It constricts your blood vessels causing excess sweating.

7. Driclor

Use a prescription antiperspirant like Driclor.  This contains aluminum chloride in a concentration twice that found in regular antiperspirants which makes it all the more effective.  Use this if regular antiperspirants don’t do it for you.

Stop Armpit Sweat

Want to stop armpit sweat from disabling your upper body?  You know what I’m talking about!  Ever been out in a public place, like a supermarket and have to reach up on a shelf to pull down a box of cereal with people standing in clear view?  It’s not a fun situation to be in and those types of situations seem to happen all the time when you have a bad case of sweating!  So what can be done to keep things under control?

1.    Potatoes My Boy, Potatoes!

Yup, one way to stop armpit sweat is with potatoes.  Just head down to the supermarket, pick one  up, slice it in ahlf and rub the insides of it on your underarms.  Don’t ask me how this works, it’s an old remedy but the proof is in the pudding, or the potato!

2.    Did Santa Leave You Charcoal This Year?

If he did, you’re in luck!  Charcoal is a great anti-sweating solution.  Just eat some of this with each meal every day and in as little as two days you can see a reduction in how much you sweat.

3.    Good Ol’ Talcum Powder

It’s great for baby butts and it’s great for your armpits too!  Just slap some of that on to keep your skin extra dry and prevent that excess sweating.

Excessive Sweat – You Got It? Get Rid Of It! Here’s How

Is excessive sweat getting you down?  If you have just had enough with pits that sweat faster than Niagara Falls on steroids, I totally feel you on that!  I used to get it so bad even at night, the fear of drowning alive in my bed sheets was very real to me.  So how can we karate chop this problem into oblivion?  Here’s how.

1.    Wear Lose Clothing

One way to stop excessive sweat is to stay away from clothes that cling too tight to the body.  I know, ladies and fellow bodybuilders it’s going to be tough, but these are the kinds of sacrifices which can make a difference.  Granted this may be easier for a guy to pull off, it is still possible for you ladies out there.

2.    Cut Out The Pop

If you just love drinking pop, cut it out, it’s loaded with caffeine!  Why does that matter?  Because caffeine increases anxiety and thus in turn increases sweating.  The more hyped up on caffeine, not to mention the sugar that’s in there, the more you will sweat.

3.     Sage + Liquid Chlorophyll

This is a great combo.  Just take a couple of drops of liquid chlorophyll and mix that in with some sage extract.  Drink that down straight or mix it in with a fruit drink to make it more palatable.
