Excessive Foot Sweating - What You Need To Keep Your Feet Dry

Do you have a problem with excessive foot sweating?  Underarm sweating is what is usually talked about on most other sites, but what can be done if you’ve got some sweaty feet to take care of?  Well, I’ve compiled a list of solutions if you find yourself dealing with this which should help you out in your day to day life, check these tips out:

1.    Use Witch Hazel & Talcum Powder

Using witch hazel to treat excessive foot sweating is good because it’s going to constrict your pores and make it harder for sweat to drip out.  Not only that but the sweat that does drip out will just be absorbed by the talcum powder if you use this in conjunction with the witch hazel.  It’s a powerful two part solution.

2.    Wear The Right Socks

One key reason for sweaty feet is due to improper ventilation.  A lot of dress socks do not allow the feet to breath and thus leave them all sweaty at the end of the day.  The way around this is to only use 100% cotton or wool socks.  Pay attention the next time you pick up your socks to what the fabrics are, stay away from synthetic fibers.  This tip alone can significantly decrease sweating.

3.    Antiperspirant Gel

This is great because it’s not made just for the underarms, it can be used all over.  Just squeeze some gel out and apply a thin layer to your feet before you head out for the day.  You should be able to find it at a local drugstore, but if not, they can be found on either Ebay or Amazon.

Excessive foot sweating can be a pain, but these solutions should make things more bearable for you.  If you are looking for a more permanent solution though, there are many more potent solutions you can put to work for yourself from this book: click here for more info.

Are you looking to get rid of excessive foot sweating?  Sweaty feet are not only uncomfortable to have throughout the day but they can also cause some foul smelling odor!  And for you women out there, as if walking in heels wasn’t hard enough, excessive foot sweating doesn’t help the matter any!  So how can we go about reducing the sweating and living a more comfortable lifestyle?

1.    Wear The Right Socks!

Certain fabrics are more breathable than others, you mainly want to be wearing cotton socks, so cut out any nylon, rayon or any other unnatural fibered sock.  This one tip can make a huge difference on it’s own, believe me, try switching to only cotton socks.

2.    For The Ladies In Heels…

Ladies, if you need more traction when in high heels, this one’s for you, head over to Payless shoes and pick up some inserts for your shoes.  You can pick up inserts that fit in the ball of the foot area and prevent you from slipping out of your heels.  If you don’t have that store nearby or they don’t  have it, try looking for these online.

3.    Stock Up On Socks

One final trick you can use is to simply bring more pairs of socks to work with you.  When you get the chance during the day, head over to the washroom and change your socks, it will rejuvenate you and help you get through the rest of the day.  It may seem odd to be doing this, but you get used to it.  Hey, there are people who brush their teeth in public washrooms, so it’s not like we’re alone with our quirks!

Any of these tips will help you get rid of excessive foot sweating, however at best you will be managing it.  If you want a real solution, if you want to never have to worry about excessive sweating ever again, you’re going to want to look into some treatment that packs more of a punch! Compensatory Sweating

Hey Guys and Gals,

If you’re considering getting surgery done for your excessive sweating, it is important to consider the possibility of compensatory sweating.  What is compensatory sweating?  It is excessive sweating in other areas of the body(usually the chest or back) in response to not being able to sweat from your underarms due to surgery.

With Endoscopic Thoracic Sympathectomy surgery, incisions are made in your back to gain access to your sympathetic nerves.  These nerves which signal your sweat glands to excrete sweat are essentially burned…DESTROYED.  Now this usually results in a drastic decrease in sweating from your underarms, over 98%, however, it can lead to excessive sweating elsewhere as you will see here:

Scary huh?

Before you jump on the surgery bandwagon it is important you understand these serious risks involved.  For those who have adverse effects like this, the surgery is IRREVERSIBLE!! They are doomed to deal with the compensatory sweating the rest of their life and if you live in a hot climate you will be at risk of heatstroke!

This is why it is imperative you seek out natural methods first.  Do not even consider this unless you have exhausted all your natural options… and if you actually do what I just said, you will never wind up having surgery done because there are powerful natural methods which cure you without you having to even go under the knife!  One of the best natural solutions that rivals ETS surgery in terms of effectiveness can be found by clicking on this link.

Excessive Sweat - You Got It? Get Rid Of It! Here’s How

Is excessive sweat getting you down?  If you have just had enough with pits that sweat faster than Niagara Falls on steroids, I totally feel you on that!  I used to get it so bad even at night, the fear of drowning alive in my bed sheets was very real to me.  So how can we karate chop this problem into oblivion?  Here’s how.

1.    Wear Lose Clothing

One way to stop excessive sweat is to stay away from clothes that cling too tight to the body.  I know, ladies and fellow bodybuilders it’s going to be tough, but these are the kinds of sacrifices which can make a difference.  Granted this may be easier for a guy to pull off, it is still possible for you ladies out there.

2.    Cut Out The Pop

If you just love drinking pop, cut it out, it’s loaded with caffeine!  Why does that matter?  Because caffeine increases anxiety and thus in turn increases sweating.  The more hyped up on caffeine, not to mention the sugar that’s in there, the more you will sweat.

3.     Sage + Liquid Chlorophyll

This is a great combo.  Just take a couple of drops of liquid chlorophyll and mix that in with some sage extract.  Drink that down straight or mix it in with a fruit drink to make it more palatable.

Either of these ways are going to help you to reduce your sweating, but if you’re serious about ending this for good, you may want to look into a more effective treatment.  There are treatments out there that are all natural and that can eliminate all your sweating in only 2 weeks.  To learn more about it, check this link out.

Do you have to deal with excessive face sweating?  You know there are treatments for this, you’re not alone.  Sometimes it may seem so since most people who have sweating problems sweat from their underarms mostly, but there are some of us with excessive face sweating as well.  So what can you do about it?  Here are some things to consider:

1.    Don’t Use Facial Cream!

This is particularly important for the ladies.  Facial creams can often times make you sweat even more.  Especially in winter, they tend to have a bad effect on your skin.

2.    Carry A Napkin

It’s basic, but it’s important.  Always carry around a napkin to wipe your face when it’s needed.  It’s better than using your sleeve.  You can also put some vinegar on the napkin to help close up the pores when you wipe it on.

3.    Wash Your Face In Cold Water

The idea here is the cold water will help to close off your pores.  Granted, the effects may be short term, but every little bit helps.

4.    Use An Antiperspirant Gel

These are made especially for use on the face.  You can buy these in most supermarkets or drug stores.  Just apply a thin coating to your face before you head out.  If you can’t find this in stores, check for it online at places like Ebay or Amazon.

These four tips should get you started treating your excessive face sweating.  If you still need more help, there is a great product which has even more powerful methods to get rid of your facial sweating permanently.  You can find out more info about it here: click here for more info.

Are you looking for some excessive sweating treatments?  Well, I’ve uncovered a few you likely have never heard of before, so if you’re looking for some new insight, here it comes:

1.    Burdock

If you need some excessive sweating treatments, you’re going to want to try out this plant as one of them.  You can actually pick this up in capsule form at a local health food store.  Take about 1-3 capsules a day.  If all you can find is the fluid extract, instead take about 5ml of that 3 times a day, this will work as a diuretic.

2.    Astragalus

This is a solution which has been used by the Chinese for centuries.  For our purposes though, we’re going to be using it again as a diuretic which basically means it’s going to dry you up.  Just look for this in capsule form at your local health food store and take about 3 of them each day.

3.    Witch Hazel

This herbal solution works by constricting your pores thus making it harder for the sweat to escape.  What you’re going to want to do is pick up this in extract form and apply it with cotton balls to the areas you want to get under control.

Now while these excessive sweating treatments will work to reduce your sweating, if you want to completely cure yourself of this condition in short order, you’ll need to look at more powerful treatments.  One such treatment which is quite popular and effective can found here: click this link to check it out

Is excessive face sweating getting driving you up the wall?  If you’ve just about sweat your last drop, I’ve got some solutions here for you which will save you from the insane asylum.  Well, things may not get quite THAT out of hand, but they sure can get you going.  Anyway, check these tips out:

1.    Fans!

Ever seen one of those mini-pocket fans?  Cool aren’t they?  Well, they can be used for excessive face sweating relief as well.  Just carry one around in your pocket and wherever you go if you need a quick bit of air, just turn it on and let it do it’s thing.  You can even get them with these plastic mounts so you can put it in your car, or on your desk at work!

2.    Headbands!

Now not everyone can get away with wearing these, this is more for those with a more active lifestyle or have a sporty look.  But even if you don’t fall into those categories, try it out, it’s worth looking into.  Just put on a headband as if it’s part of your everyday wardrobe and no one will be the wiser.

3.    Hit The Gym

Look, if you don’t have the active lifestyle for the headband, why not get used to hitting up the gym?  The more weight you lose, the less you’re going to sweat.  Why?  Because fat gets in the way of your body’s natural cooling system.  When your body is trying to regulate it’s temperature with the outside environment, the more fat that gets in the way of this process, the more you sweat.  So shed those pounds!

Now if you’re looking for a permanent way to deal with excessive face sweating, you will need something more powerful than these tips.  The good news is that there is a powerful and permanent solution to this all.  For more info on how to permanently end your facial sweating, check this link out.

Underarm Perspiration

If you’re looking to stop underarm perspiration, then you know all too well the horrors of excessive sweating.  For most of us it hit right around puberty, as if that weren’t a difficult enough time as it is.  It’s not exactly a well known disorder so initially you’re left wondering “What’s wrong with me?”, “No one else is sweating this much, is this serious, am I going to have to see a doctor?”…Ugh, too embarrassing!

Although maybe not as embarrassing as it was for poor Steve Ballmer over here, chief executive officer of Microsoft.  This guy got really carried away
with his presentation and worked up a fierce sweat!  The video became viral and is pretty much all over Youtube!  For some of us being made fun of or pointed out for our excessive sweating is one of the worst things which could happen to us.

So is there a way for us to stop underarm perspiration and avoid embarrassment?

The good news is yes, there most definitely is.  One of the first things you’re going to want to do is prevent your condition from being so obvious.  A great way to do that is with sweat pads.

What are they?

Well, they’re simply adhesive and absorbent pads you stick to the inside of your shirt to prevent sweat from getting through and staining your clothes.  You can pick these up online, just do a search for “sweat pads”.  These pads come in the washable or disposable variety and are relatively inexpensive.

To really stop underarm perspiration though, you’ll want to get to the root of the problem and you can do that with sage tea.  Sage tea is made by bringing a cup of water to a boil and steeping a tablespoon of sage leaves in the water.  Leave those leaves in for 5-10 minutes but no longer, toxins begin to seep out if left for too long!  Just strain it and drink it, you can add a lemon slice or some honey for taste.

If you don’t want to take the risk with the toxins in the sage though, there is a more natural option that is even more potent: Click Here to see it
