Facial Hyperhidrosis

Facial Hyperhidrosis is one of the worst forms of this sweating condition.  Why?  Because when you meet people, the first thing they see is your face.  Not your underarms, not your back, not your hands(although they do feel them when you shake hands)..so it makes sense that if you suffer from this you should not only seek treatment for your underarms but also your face!  But what can be done other than rolling on an antiperspirant on your head? Here are some solutions for you to try out:

Firstly, try out an antiperspirant GEL!  For facial hyperhidrosis, it’s not a good idea to rub a stick of antiperspirant all over your face.  The solution is to check around the Internet for an antiperspirant gel made specifically for applying to the face.  You might even be able to find it in a local store, although it’s quite rare.

Secondly,  get and use a napkin.  Simple and effective, carrying a napkin around with allow you to have a way to keep your face dry at all times.  Granted you will need to find inconspicuous ways of wiping your face, this is much better than using your hand or your shirt.

Lastly, for facial hyperhidrosis, try buying and using more FANS.  You can pick up small mini-fans at your local dollar store, you can set a small one up in your car, mount it on your dashboard, and you can get another slightly bigger fan for your desk at work.  Seeing as how you spend most of your time either at work, in your car or at home, making sure you have fans at all these locations will help to keep yourself cool.

Ultimately if you want to CURE your sweating issue, you’re going to want a treatment that gets at the root of the problem.  So if you want to eliminate your sweating for good, check this link out.

Stop Hyperhidrosis

Want to know how to stop hyperhidrosis?  The answer may be a little much for you.  You see, while there are a lot of treatments out there to stop excess sweating, not all of them work too well and the ones that do work tend to be quite extreme.  What do I mean by that?  Well, let’s take a look at one of your best options so you can see what I mean.

1.    ETS Surgery

ETS surgery is one of the best ways to stop hyperhidrosis.  This is a surgical procedure which involves making incisions in the back, inserting a camera in there, in between the ribcage and locating your sympathetic nerves.  Once found, they are then burned or clamped.  If they are burned, they are destroyed forever and will no longer send signals to your sweat glands to sweat.  Clamping is not as permanent, which in a way is good.  Why would I say that is good?

Well the truth is, even though this surgery is over 98% effective in reducing sweating, there are complications that arise.  Namely, there is compensatory sweating.  That is sweating on places like your back, and your stomach to make up for not being able to sweat from your underarms.  Some people find this is even worse than sweating from your underarms and there are horrible pics out on the net which show this unfortunate result.

So while you can stop hyperhidrosis, it’s a matter of whether you’re willing to roll the dice.  Are you willing to take the risk of getting compensatory sweating?  Are you willing to go under the knife and permanently destroy your nerves in your body?  It’s quite the decision to make

If that is too intense for you, there are safer solutions that are surprisingly just as effective.  There aren’t many of them, but I’ve done the leg work and thus far, the best all natural cure can be found here: click this link to check it out

This is an herbal drink which is also going to help reduce your anxiety levels and calm your nervous system way down.  Drink this day in and day out without fail and soon enough you will begin to feel it’s effects on your body, consistency is key.

3.    Yoga

One last trick to get you relaxed and sweating less is to take up a new relaxing hobby like mediation or yoga.  This will not only be fun, but it will help to relax your body and mind and make you a more mellow person overall, it’s a great stress reliever too.

So If you want to get rid of this constant heavy sweating, keep this in mind.  These tips will get you off on the right foot, but if you want to seriously cure this thing for good, you’ll need something stronger.  One of the best solutions out that will get you sweat free, and more importantly, keep you that way can be found by clicking on this link.

Sweating Hands? Put An End To It With These 3 Tips!

Are sweating hands preventing you from getting out there and enjoying your life?  Are they limiting you in your social interactions?  You’re not alone, over 8 million people suffer from the condition known as hyperhidrosis and many of them do not find a solution for it their entire life!  But it doesn’t have to be that way for you, here are some ways for you to deal with the situation.

1.    Iontophoresis

This is one of the best treatments for sweating hands that’s out there.  It involves using an iontophoresis machine to send an electric current to 2 pans filled with water.  Now what you do is place your hands in the pans and the small electric current causes the minerals in the water to form a protective coating around your hands, preventing sweat from escaping.  This machine can be bought for around $500 online or you can go have it done professionally at a clinic.

2.    A Good Cover

This is a good way to cover up your condition in an inconspicuous way.  Always carry around a cold/wet bottle of water.  That way if you ever have to shake hands with anyone you have an excuse!  “Oh, sorry, I’ve just been holding this water here”.  It’s brilliant and I’ve used it several times successfully.

3.    Wipe, Wipe, Wipe

There’s one sure-fire way to get your hands dry and that is to wipe them on a napkin you can carry around in your pocket.  It’s a simple solution but one you must have.

Now the above techniques should help you deal with sweating hands, but if you truly want to end the problem altogether, you’re going to need to try out something more powerful.  There is a popular all natural solution which can clear up your sweating in as little as two weeks and this includes palm sweating.  It’s definitely worth a look: click here to check it out

Palmar Hyperhidrosis is one of the most difficult conditions to deal with.  Being in social situations and having to shake others hands or hold a loved one’s hand can become an embarrassing ordeal.  Even handling simple objects can become difficult with this condition, not to mention the fact that simply chopping up food with a knife can become just a little bit more dangerous.  The question is, is there anything that can be done about it?  Is there a way to deal with the embarrassing sweat and eliminate it once and for all?

Ok, so I know that some of you have issues with excessive sweating and are always on the lookout for ways to reduce how much you sweat on a daily basis.  Excessive sweating by the way is a medical condition known as Hyperhidrosis.  This condition affects millions all over the world so there’s no reason to feel out of place for having it.  In my search to stop unerarm sweat I’ve found some techniques I want to share with you guys, have a look and see if these are of help to you:

1.  Use a prescription anti-persperant that has more than 20% aluminum chloride solution.  This is the same solution which is found in regular anti-persperants to a lesser degree.  You will need to get a prescription for such a treatment, but the results may be well worth the trouble.  Continued use can even cause your sweat glands to shrink permanently which is why you might want to consider this to stop underarm sweat.

2.   Another way to stop underarm sweat involves a cotton ball, water and baking soda.  Dip the cotton ball into this and apply the solution under your arms.  This treatment is most effective at managing the odor caused by excessive sweat.

3.  Another good solution to stop underarm sweat involves chamomile oil.  Rub this oil on all problem areas in order to reduce sweat and it’s associated odor.

4.  Lastly in your quest to stop underarm sweat, try wearing loosely fitted clothes that are made of breathable fabrics like wool, cotton and silk.  The looser the better.  Combining this with breathable fabrics like 100% wool and 100% cotton will work well to prevent excess sweating.
