OK, so you’re here for a reason, to stop under arm sweat… not just any sweat, but excessive sweating that is a little out of control.  It’s called Hyperhidrosis and it affects upwards of 8 million people these days.  But not to worry, you’re going to get 3 tips right here that will help you out on your path to a more sweat free life!

#1…

This first one may be tough for some of you, but it is a natural past time which may be a contributing factor to your sweating.  Everyone does it, when they wake up, while they’re at work, maybe in the evenings after work too, it is rampant!

What am I talking about?

Drinking COFFEE!

Yes, coffee drinking can cause excessive sweating because it contains 2 stimulants, caffeine and sugar.  Both will cause anxiety and hyperactivity which is not good for those of us who are prone to sweating.  If you want to stop under arm sweat, cut this habit out.

#2…

The second thing you’re going to want to do is try drinking Sage.  You may never have heard of this plant, but it has been known to help some people stop their sweating by as much as 50%!  All you have to do is get some sage leaves and steep them in some boiled water for 10 minutes.  Once done, down the concoction.  This will stop under arm sweat in a big way, but you got to be careful not to overdo it, it can be toxic!  If you steep it longer than 10 minutes or drink too much of this it can be dangerous so be careful.

#3…

This is your ace in the hole….But if push comes to shove, move to Atlantis!  Everyone there is just chillin’ underwater and no one will have a clue you’re sweating…plus, there are hot mermaids down there and merMEN! (if you’re into that).

Ok, if that doesn’t work try…

STACKING..

To stop under arm sweat you’re going to want to STACK multiple methods of reducing sweat all at once.  This greatly increases your chances of seeing some noticeable effects.  If you need more methods to stack with check out this article: Stop Underarm Sweating, or this: Stop Sweating So Much.

Stop Under Arm Sweating

Looking to stop under arm sweating?  It can be a tough struggle but it’s one that can be won, you just got to do a little research!  There are plenty of little tricks to reduce your sweating and the best way to see results is to stack these different methods and do them all at once.  So keeping that in mind, try stacking a couple of the following techniques and see what results you get:

Vinegar

It has an interesting aroma but if you can put up with it, believe it or not this will help you stop under arm sweating.  All you have to do is get a cloth and wet it with vinegar, then rub this on your underarms.  There is something about the vinegar that works to close your pores and prevent excess sweat from breaking through.  Not sure how, but try it out and see how it works for you.

Wheat Grass

You may not have ever heard of this drink, but wheat grass is very high in vitamin B which has been found to help those with excessive sweating issues.  All you have to do is drink one of these a day, give it some time and you should see a decrease in your sweating.

Potatoes

Yes, potatoes can help stop under arm sweating!  Not by eating them though.  Go out and get any kind of potato from your nearest supermarket, cut them in half and rub the inner portion of it on your underarms.  This is a strange remedy and it’s hard to find an answer as to why this works, but the fact remains it does help.  Try it out if you don’t mind smelling slightly of potatoes :)
And if none of these ideas sound appealing to you you can always try a great natural cure that many are finding eliminates their sweating issues within only two weeks, if you want to check that remedy out, click HERE…

How To Stop Underarm Sweating

If you’re thinking about how to stop underarm sweating, you should first realize that sweating is our body’s way of regulating our temperature and maintaining the standard 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit.  If we did not do this, we would not be able to survive in the elements and suffer from conditions such as heatstroke.  Given this, we must learn instead how to manage our sweating to levels which are easier to live with.  Sweating excessively can be emotionally difficult, worrying if people are noticing the sweat under your arms or worse, noticing them noticing your sweat on you, that is never a good feeling!  Then there’s the possibility of being reminded of it on a daily basis by comments like “Are you OK??”.  Given all this, lets look at ways how to stop underarm sweating.

There are 3 basic ways to stop underarm sweating, the first method is via antiperspirants. When you’re looking foryour antiperspirant, you’re going to want one that dries quickly, and does not leave any residue.  It does not necessarily have to be a dry deoderant stick, you can get gel based ones as well, however for over the counter, have a look at Certain Dri and Driclor.

Other than antiperspirants, there are also oral medications you can try.  What you need to do is find some beta-blockers and anticholinergics, these products will work to block your nervous system from sending signals to yor sweat glands to sweat excessively.  In this sense it really gets to the root of the issue.  The only problem is there are many side effects such as shaking, drymouth, blurred vision and increased heart-rate to name a few.

Lastly, if you’re looking how to stop underarm sweating for good, there is the option of surgery.  This is the most invasive choice and basically involves you getting a sympathectomy.  What happens here is a small camera will be slid in between your ribs through your back to find the nerves which are sending your sweat glands signals to sweat.  Once they are found, they will essentially be destroyed!  This is extremely effective at eliminating most of the sweating, but the surgery is irreversable and can cause you to sweat more in other areas to make up for it.

Most people have at the least tried the antiperspirants but not the other two methods.  I would reccommend if you are not seeing the results you want to try out a more natural solution.  To discover how to eliminate your sweating within 2 weeks naturally, click this link.
