Armpit Sweating - Will It Ever End?

Lets face it, armpit sweating sucks, especially when you have no way to cover it and people start noticing.  It’s one thing if it’s a very hot day out and you can use that as an excuse, but indoors, at work, at school where there is no reason to be sweaty, that’s where it gets real embarrassing.  So how can we handle situations like this?  Well, here are some solutions:

1.    Drink Tomato Juice

Tomato juice for armpit sweating?   Yup!  Drinking a glass of tomato juice each day will help you to reduce the amount you sweat.  It may not be too tasty, but it’s worth giving a shot to see if it works well for you.

2.    Buttermilk Anyone?

If the tomato juice wasn’t to your liking, try drinking buttermilk on a daily basis as well.  This is another all natural remedy which will cut down the amount you sweat.

3.    Cornstarch Is Your Friend

Cornstarch is great because it does a really good job of absorbing sweat.  Just apply it directly to your underarms and it should keep you dry for some time.

4.    Just Lose The Weight!

Are you packing a couple of extra pounds?  Losing weight can really help you to stop sweating because the less fat on your body, the easier it is for your body to regulate it’s temperature.  Fat gets in the way of this natural process so the less you have on you, the less you sweat, it’s that simple.

Now if none of these ways of reducing armpit sweating seem appealing to you, there are other more powerful options available.  It is possible to be sweat free in as little as two weeks so long as you have the right program in your hands.  This is one of the most popular and effective ones available right now: click here to check it out

Excessive Foot Sweating - What You Need To Keep Your Feet Dry

Do you have a problem with excessive foot sweating?  Underarm sweating is what is usually talked about on most other sites, but what can be done if you’ve got some sweaty feet to take care of?  Well, I’ve compiled a list of solutions if you find yourself dealing with this which should help you out in your day to day life, check these tips out:

1.    Use Witch Hazel & Talcum Powder

Using witch hazel to treat excessive foot sweating is good because it’s going to constrict your pores and make it harder for sweat to drip out.  Not only that but the sweat that does drip out will just be absorbed by the talcum powder if you use this in conjunction with the witch hazel.  It’s a powerful two part solution.

2.    Wear The Right Socks

One key reason for sweaty feet is due to improper ventilation.  A lot of dress socks do not allow the feet to breath and thus leave them all sweaty at the end of the day.  The way around this is to only use 100% cotton or wool socks.  Pay attention the next time you pick up your socks to what the fabrics are, stay away from synthetic fibers.  This tip alone can significantly decrease sweating.

3.    Antiperspirant Gel

This is great because it’s not made just for the underarms, it can be used all over.  Just squeeze some gel out and apply a thin layer to your feet before you head out for the day.  You should be able to find it at a local drugstore, but if not, they can be found on either Ebay or Amazon.

Excessive foot sweating can be a pain, but these solutions should make things more bearable for you.  If you are looking for a more permanent solution though, there are many more potent solutions you can put to work for yourself from this book: click here for more info.

Sweating Treatments

Need some sweating treatments that aren’t going to result in you being cut up or injected or anything else extreme like that?  While those types of surgical treatments can help, they are quite invasive, it would be much better if we can get the solution solved naturally.  But is there such a way?  Sure there is!  It’s just a matter of what works best for you, different solutions work for different people.  So why don’t you start off with one of these:

1.    Alcohol

Drink much?  One of the best sweating treatments for those who do is to completely cut out the alcohol.  You see alcohol will dilate your blood vessels and thus it will increase your overall body temperature as blood courses through your veins even faster.  So cut out the drinking!

2.    White Vinegar

You’re not going to have to drink this, thankfully, all you need to do is pick up some of this and some cotton balls and dab it onto your underarms or wherever else you’re sweating.  This will work by closing up your pores and preventing too much sweat from escaping.

3.    Certain Dri

Ever seen this thing in stores?  It’s an over the counter antiperspirant that is stronger than most.  It contains aluminum chloride in a 20% concentration which is why it is so good at preventing excess sweating.  If you can’t find it in your store, you will for sure find it online.

Any of these sweating treatments should do the trick in a pinch, but if you’re more serious about permanently ending this horrid problem, you may need to look into something more powerful.  If you want to take things to the next level, click here and check out this solution.

Prevent Sweating With These 3 Killer Tips!

Interested in figuring out how to prevent sweating?  Rather than dealing with the sweat once you’ve got it, it’s better to put certain methods in place so that you sweat less in the first place.  So with this in mind, try out the following tips:

1.    Wear More Cotton and Wool

One way how to prevent sweating is by making sure you wear cotton or wool as opposed to unnatural  fibres or fabrics which are only part cotton or part wool.  100% wool and cotton are very breathable and don’t result in your body being constricted, hence you sweat less.  Keep an eye out for the tags when you pick up clothes from now on and stay clear of unnatural fibers.

2.    Don’t Wear Black

Although black tends to hide sweat real well, it absorbs sunlight like crazy!  That means that you’re going to wind up sweating more than if you were to wear lighter colored shirts.  Try it and pay attention to your body’s response, you will see that this is true.

3.    Driclor

Of course a great way to prevent sweating is with a good antiperspirant.  With driclor, it’s so powerful you don’t even have to use it every day, just put it on every other day at night, and when you wake up the next day you’ll be ready to go.

Now if you not only want to prevent sweating but flat out stop your sweating problem for good, you might need to step your game up a bit.  There are systems out there that are all natural and able to stop your sweating in as little as two weeks time.  Click this link to find out more info

If you want to put an end to your face sweating, there are several ways you can go about it.  It’s definitely one of the most annoying places to be sweating from, everyone can see it and that makes it all the more embarrassing.  So, how exactly do you handle it?  Try out these tips:

1.    Antiperspirant Gel

One way to deal with face sweating is with an antiperspirant gel.  It’s not exactly practical to rub a antiperspirant stick all over your face, that’s why they make antiperspirant gels.  These can be picked up at most drug stores, it’s just an antiperspirant in a gel which you can squeeze out and apply to any area of the body.   Apply a thin coating to your forehead and any other problem area and you’re good to go.

2.    White Vinegar

Vinegar is another thing you can try to stop the sweating.  What this does is it acts as an astringent, it closes your pores and makes it harder for the sweat to escape.  Just apply it by dabbing it on with a cotton ball.

3.    Cut Out Caffeine

Caffeine is big in our lives, so many of us drink either coffee or pop and this stuff is loaded with it.  This only increases your anxiety though and thus your sweating, so cut out the caffeine!

Sweating Problems? Here Are 3 Solutions For You

September 20, 2011 by admin · Leave a Comment
Filed under: General

Need to find a way to manage your sweating problems?  There are a bunch of ways you can do it, some methods work well for some, but not as well for others, it’s all about finding what works best with your body.  Of course the only way to figure that out is to try a lot of different things.  So on that note, here are a bunch of things for you to try out:

1.    Oral Medications

If you have sweating problems, you can treat it with prescription medications.  A lot of the medications work on the principle of blocking the chemical comound “acetyl choline”.  Why?  Because this is what is responsible for excessive sweating.  Some of the treatments include oxybutynin, glycopyrrolate, benztropine and propantheline bromide.  The only problem is these can often times bring about a lot of adverse side-effects which is why it’s not a popular method of treatment.  To find out more about this consult with your doctor.

2.    Get Your Zinc

Adding zinc to your diet is going to help you reduce a lot of the odor associated with sweating.  Eating things like nuts, veggies, whole grains and turkey are just some such foods.  You’ll also want to stay away from odor causing foods such as garlic and fish.

3.    Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is one of the best herbal supplements you can take for your sweating.  It comes in a powdered form which you just need to add water to.  If you can’t find it in stores you can find it off of Ebay or Amazon.  Drinking a glass or two of this a day is not only going to help keep you dry, but it’s also really good for your health.

Now if you still have sweating problems after all this or if you’re looking for a more powerful and permanent solution, you’re going to need to bring out the big guns.  There are only a few treatments out there that can completely cure you to the point that you don’t even think about your sweating any more.  This is one of them: click here for more info.

Sweating Problems - Put An End To Them Once And For All!

September 17, 2011 by admin · Leave a Comment
Filed under: General

Are your sweating problems starting to get to you?  If you’re sick and tired of sweating through your clothes and worrying about sweating every second of the day, it’s time for a change.  Here are some solutions for you which will make your life a lot more manageable.

1.    Don’t Wear Grey!

If your sweating problems are getting to you, make sure you eliminate grey from your wardrobe.  Why?  Because sweat shows up on grey like a sore thumb, there’s no mistaking it.  I don’t know why this is, but try it out and see for yourself.  It is pretty much the worst color because all the sweat shows through, it’s like a spotlight on your underarms.

2.    Wear the Right Fabrics

There are certain fabrics you want to wear and certain fabrics you don’t want to wear.  The reason for this is some fabrics don’t allow your body to breath and wind up suffocating you, causing excess sweating.  You want to avoid any polyester, corduroy, silk nylon or flannel you find in the stores and you want to instead go for 100% cotton, wool, cashmere or merino.

3.    Not Too Tight!

Another thing to watch out for is clothes that fit too tight.  Tight fitting clothes are an open invitation for sweat.  Get used to wearing clothes that fit a bit more loose than what you’re used to and you’ll notice a difference.

Now if your sweating problems are such that these are just not enough to help you out, you may have an extreme case of excessive sweating.  If that’s the case, going for an advanced form of treatment is more up your alley.  If you want to eliminate your sweating with a powerful remedy, this is one you should definitely have a look at: click here to have a look.
