Heavy Sweating Driving You Nuts? Here’s How To Stay Dry.

Have to deal with heavy sweating on a daily basis?  Trying to figure out a way to stay dry so you can go on living your life?  That’s the plight of over 8 million Americans who suffer from what’s called Hyperhidrosis which is a fancy word for excessive sweating.  So what can be done about this annoying disorder, are we meant to suffer with this the rest of our lives?  Heck no, here’s what you can do:

1.    Say No To Starbucks

If you got a problem with heavy sweating, cut out the coffee.  Not only is it loaded with caffeine but sugar as well.  Both of these combined will raise your anxiety levels big time and in doing so will make it more likely for you to sweat.  In today’s culture everyone is sipping the coffee so it’s important not to fall into that trap.

2.    Kava Kava

This is an herbal drink which is also going to help reduce your anxiety levels and calm your nervous system way down.  Drink this day in and day out without fail and soon enough you will begin to feel it’s effects on your body, consistency is key.

3.    Yoga

One last trick to get you relaxed and sweating less is to take up a new relaxing hobby like mediation or yoga.  This will not only be fun, but it will help to relax your body and mind and make you a more mellow person overall, it’s a great stress reliever too.

Excessive Underarm Sweat

Is your excessive underarm sweat drowning you alive?  Are you at the mercy of your armpits wherever you go?  It’s crazy, it’s as if you’re a prisoner in your own body.  It is so frustrating that many go the route of surgery to get the problem solved.  So what exactly can we do right now to get ourselves in the clear?  Well, try out these solutions:

1.    Eliminate All Spicy Foods

If you want to stop excessive underarm sweat you’re going to have to cut out your love for spicy Indian, Mexican or Chinese food, you’re going to have to cut down on it because it’s causing you to sweat more than you should.  When you eat spicy foods it triggers a reaction in your body, it stimulates your sympathetic nervous system which is what tells your body when to sweat.  The more spicy the food, the more this is triggered and the more you sweat.  So watch what you eat!

2.    Yoga

Seems kinda odd that I would suggest this, but a lot of sweating is caused by anxiety, stress and nervous energy, all of these can be released through practicing yoga regularly.  If you’re a girl, hey, this is the perfect thing for you, yoga is IN.  For guys, well, you’ll be surrounded by women!  For married guys, you too will be SURROUNDED by women, just keep your wedding ring on :)

3.    Kava Kava

Drinking this stuff will do a good job of calming down your nervous system and help keep you relaxed.  Go find some of this at your local health food store and try it out.
